Jiffy Lube

Getting service on my work truck. Nice place, they greet you to a nice warm waiting room with a coffee maker. I’m usually in and out in about 20 minutes no more than that. Keep up the good job Jiffy staff.

This place is… can’t define it. The customer greeting and seating was nice, but wait for your car service?!! My car showed «oil change» warning a day after they change oil. I checked out the oil and it looked as dirty as it was before I go there.
KNOCK-​OFF Jiffy.
I once saw Jiffy lube negative critics on an Internet video where a manager even denied he was the manager… I thought it was just that… I saw it myself.
The sad part is that Jiffy called me 2 days latter, I complained to them and they said the Manager was going to call me back about the issue, NOOO, why calling me? Two weeks later, no call.

Good customer service here, hood would not open for whatever random reason they got it to open no problem service was reasonably fast, close to work so I’d probably use this location again, plus they use the belly app more coupons!
Cons: small and eerily quite waiting room

Chris and Linda made my day today! I arrived on Christmas Eve and needed an oil change and wiper blades badly. We are expecting a wet, wintry mix today, and I did not want to get caught unprepared.
Jiffy Lube’s service was prompt, friendly, and had a down-​home feel.
There were no hard-​sell tactics to get me to upgrade or anything. I’ve found my new oil change spot. Bonus: It is 2 minutes from my job! #winning

I can only speak for their oil change service, but I’ve had only excellent experiences at this location. Service is fast and staff is very courteous. They do not push extra services once declined. Definitely a little pricier than your run of the mill oil shop but you’re paying for the convenience in my eyes.

I always got decent service but recently I had to take my car into the dealer with a bad sound under the hood when I pushed the gas. Turns out the guys at jiffy lube stripped and left all the screws to my air intake box. If they are going to check the filter and try to sell me a new one they should put the old one back properly and not strip out the screws!

Blerg. Came on a Sunday before noon. This is your standard Jiffy Lube. Nothing special here, which is fine, bit this place is bang your head against the wall slow. The ages of time they took to do the oil change allowed me the time to write this review.
When my vehicle was finally ready, the credit card system was down and they needed a manager, who was nowhere to be found, to provide some kind of code to allow credit transactions. I had to go next door to a bank and pay an ATM fee for some cash, just so I could get out of there.
The only reason they got one star is that one of the techs took the initiative to do a minor repair for me, no charge. If this guy was running the whole operation with that kind of customer service, this Jiffy Lube might actually be aptly named, and worth visiting.
Saw a few people come in, drop their car, leave their name and number, and ask to be called when the oil change was done. They clearly knew what they were doing.

I was thoroughly impressed by my visit here for several reasons:
1) It is very close to where i work
2) The shop is spotless
3) Everyone is very professional and courteous.
4) They did not try to hard up sell me on various other things they offered me what was available and did not pressure me to buy
5) They continued to be professional and courteous to me after I declined most of their «extras»
6) Their price is right tin line with most every other oil change location.

Awesome, fast service! Very friendly staff. Nice waiting area with free coffee. Thanks for recharging our air conditioning so fast, without any appointment!!!

Went for an oil change 2 days ago:
+ Courteous staff
+ Explained all the recommended procedures to me (my car uses synthetic oil) and how much each would cost. They were not condescending, they did not pressure me, nor did they try to upsell anything. (As a woman, I’ve come across some businesses whose staff think that I do not understand anything about my own car. Yes, I’ve actually read the owner’s manual and I actually keep a detailed diary of what was done/​when was it done/​etc. to my car.)
+ Oil change was done in 15 mins (NOTE: This is a first come, first served place. Wait time varies depending on number of cars ahead of you.)
+ Clean waiting area with coffee and magazines
Nothing negative to say.

Over the last several years, I have driven by this Jiffy Lube and had my oil changed here several times. I have never written a review, but decided it was time to do so. I always get the impression that they are trying to sell me «more» services at this particular Jiffy Lube. Maybe it is because I am a woman and I always go by myself to have my oil changed and/​or tires rotated. Maybe it is because it may have the lowest sales (and so they have to «push» their services and/​or products). The last time I went here was for an oil change (as I happened to drive by on my way to another destination), and it was efficient. I needed new wipers for my car due to the fact that they were no longer doing the job correctly. I noticed it during the rough winter that we had in 2013 and early 2014. I requested new wipers, but they checked and said «Oh we don’t have those in stock, but we can order them for you.» I needed the wipers ASAP so I said «no thanks» and went elsewhere to purchase new wipers. They were relatively fast in changing the oil, but at the end, they showed me the filter and said I should have it changed. They mentioned having the tires rotated, but I knew it wasn’t time to rotate the tires. I pulled out a small notebook that I keep inside my glove compartment. This tiny notebook contains everything about the history of my car (the dates, the mileage, what was done to my car). For example, all oil changes and tire rotations are noted in my tiny notebook. Also, the last time the engine was flushed and the last date that I purchased new tires for my vehicle. Every single thing ever done to my vehicle is recorded (with dates, the mileage, etc.). I don’t know any one else that does this, but I have been maintaining a record for ALL the vehicles I have ever owned. Of course, I pulled out my red notebook to see if my tires really needed to be rotated. They did not need to be rotated, so I said «My tires were rotated on such and such a date with _​_​_​_​_​mileage. They are not due for a rotation until _​_​_​_​_​_​miles.» Yeah, I even know exactly when my tires should be rotated and the exact mileage (imagine that — a woman who does know about these things — with sarcasm). Also, when I went to this Jiffy Lube I knew I did not require a new filter. My husband changed the filter in my car about two months ago. The filter wasn’t really that dirty as the young man claimed it was, so I merely said «no thank you» to a new filter. Do not be afraid to say «no thanks» when they try to sell you something you know you do not need at that particular time. They accept Jiffy Lube coupons (for example $ 9.25 off an oil change) which I tend to use and appreciate. The employees who work here are always very polite, courteous and professional, but I found other Jiffy Lubes are respectful despite the fact that I am a woman. I appreciate knowing that I am not «less than» just because I am a woman! Hey, I may not be an expert mechanic, but guess what, I know how to change a flat tire if necessary. I know how to check my oil. I know how to add anti-​freeze fluid if required. I know how to change the filter myself (it is a lot cheaper to do it yourself than to have them do it for you). All in all, I would return again only if I am in the area. However, I wouldn’t go out of my way to return to this particular Jiffy Lube. Again, the employees are very courteous and professional, but something was «off» the last time I patronized this JL.

I walked in for a oil change and left with a new brake light! I had no Idea it was out. I really recommend this location! !!

I’ve used this location for 10 years now and me being a helpless female (joke) I feel lost about some things. I actually go in there for anything — mechanical, noises, message lights inside my car, etc. they are willing to help me no matter what it is. sometimes they can fix it, sometimes they can’t, but they diagnose my problem and advise me what to do. I love these guys — I don’t know what I would do if they weren’t willing to me. p. s. I love the fact they not only let me bring my dog into the waiting room, they are nice to her — and I love their coffee. these will always be my go-​to guys.

Customer service was not very good. Maybe they were in a rush but maybe they should take the time to answer my questions also as a paying customer. I’d like to see a little more out of them at keeping me as a repeating customer, I will not be back, and I suggest they show a little more customer service at this location.

Normally have good experiences here– quick and friendly. But last time I was in for an oil change, they removed the caps on the tires to refill the air/​check tire pressure and they didn’t put them back on. Now I realize these aren’t required to keep the air inside, but if you’re working on someone’s car you should put it back the way it was when it arrived. I don’t think that’s asking too much.
Now the upside is they usually have coupons for a free car wash down the street. It was after this free car wash that I noticed my tire caps were missing, so check before you leave Jiffy Lube. :)

Know what you are getting done and what the prices are. They showed me my cabin air filter which was dirty. Of course Im gonna say yes. I just assumed it would be about $ 15-​$ 20.00. I wasnt told until check out. Too late. already installed.. Hmmmm When I got home I called my mechanic and had him look up the cabin filter prices. $ 10.00 Free to put in or if they do it another $ 10.00 Jiffy lube charged me $ 40.00. Rip off. I would not go back and hope that if you go here for service you ask about everything they suggest and how much it costs. It can be done much cheaper by a local mechanic and if its someone you trust they will give you the Real prices that are paid and where you can save. DISSAPPOINTED

I’d like to thank this jiffy lube for giving me the experience that Chris Farley, David Spade, and the unconscious deer went through when my hood popped up on the highway after getting an oil change here… and then broke off my car.
The experience was far worse than what I will say here on Unilocal — but word of advice to those thinking of coming here, DON’T. Because after a few days of driving around in my rental, waiting for my car to be fixed by Jiffy Lube, I was treated with poor customer service and the manager actually said «I just want to get rid of you»

They lube you up good here… Get protection plan

Typical Jiffy Lube other than the fact that you will get a free car wash at the shell station off of Harlem & Higgins. That’s always a plus right? Pricey, but fast and courteous. And free coffee!

This is just like any other Jiffy Lube. Ironically enough the best time to go here is right after work, between 5:00 and 6:00pm. Sometimes they do try a little too hard to upsell products and services (replace filters, do additional maintenance, etc.).
A big plus for this place is they offer free wifi. So you can surf while you wait!
