Let me start off by saying I hate to give negative reviews, BUT customer service is everything to me, especially with a small boutique, and you’re not going to like what you get here.
I splurged on a cocktail dress for an event I knew was pretty far out on my calendar. Due to a very serious family problem, I was unable to attend the event. I begged the owner to consider letting me exchange the dress, and she refused. I explained my personal situation to her, and she didn’t even reply back! I won’t be going back, and I plan to tell everyone in the area to go somewhere else!
