I have found the staff to be incredibly caring and professional. The are honest — which I appreciate! The quality of clothing is excellent — as a frequent shopper there are almost always coupons in my «file» so rarely do I pay full price for anything! I’d highly recommend Chico’s Park Ridge.

I think it’s finally the last time I go to Chico’s in Park Ridge. First of all, the quality of the clothing really went down, and so did the originality. You used to be able to walk in the door and get ‘wowed’ but no longer. You can find just as nice clothing at TJ Maxx, Marshall’s or Lord and Taylor, etc. and unique styling from those and other retailers too. But my biggest complaint is about their service. It’s the second time I’ve been in there where I have heard the staff nearly putting down the customer. Yesterday, for example, I hear Stella(I think that’s her name, not certain) say to the customer: «What I’m trying to tell you is blah, blah, blah.» It was so condescending… that after I heard it I said to myself, OK, leaving now. Same thing last time I was in, a similar conversation with the sales person practically putting the shopper down! Who needs that?? One of the reasons I may go into a higher prices store is for, duh, the service! Chico’s, I think your management needs to get everyone back into training for customer service skills. Or, maybe they’ve never been taught it before, but what about the adage: Treat others like you would like to be treated?

I’m very disappointed in the service with this company. I went in to get an outfit for my daughters bridal shower. The prices are very high, although the quality is good. I found 3 piece pant suit. 2 of the pieces they didn’t have in my color/size needs. I paid and they were to ship the items to me. Three weeks pass with nothing, not even an email, although I’m receiving other ‘sale’ emails from them. I go to the store and am treated like a thief. After about 10 mins on the computer and a phone call I’m told they don’t have the items and I’ll be refunded in a week. It’s been 4 days, still waiting. Save your money for a company that actually understands customer service. Skip Chico in Park Ridge!
