I used Ozark Flooring several years ago and I absolutely still love my wood floors. I recently decided to do my stairs and loft and it was such an easy decision to call Ozark again! They did a great job, were very neat, showed up on time and worked diligently, they were considerate and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone interested in great looking floors!
Also when I emailed them for this job they responded within 24 hours.

We had Ozark out to estimate sanding/​refinishing the hardwood floors in our house. By far Ozark seemed to be the most knowledgeable about hardwood floors and brought up possible issues with our hardwood floors. They left material for us to review when most didn’t. They were not the cheapest but based upon their knowledge we proceeded to try to book them to do our floors. Unfortunately the soonest they could come out was almost a month and we had a short timeframe, I guess that is a good thing that they are so busy but that is the only reason I can’t give them 5 stars. I highly recommend contacting Ozark.
