In general, BBB is overpriced, but they have a wide selection of items and are a good option for wedding registries.
This particular BBB is smaller than the one by Park Meadows Mall, so they have less of a selection. We registered at BBB for our wedding and had several items to return. The return process went very smoothly — we didn’t bring our gift receipts so they simply looked up our registry at the check out counter. Because of the smaller store size, there were a few items on our list that they did not have in stock. A sales associate gladly helped us locate the item online and had it shipped to our house for free. Because we were buying other items in-​store with a coupon, she let us use the coupon towards the online purchase, which was great! All the sales associates at this BBB were very friendly and helpful!

I am a big fan of BBB and even registered for my wedding gifts with them. This is my first experience at this location and it was frustrating to say the least. The employees had no knowledge how to do a return with a gift registry. One employee instigated that people gave you gift receipts for each gist you receive; she has obviously never gotten married. I am disappointed because I just moved into the area and really liked my old store. I really hope they get some additional training!

Super clean restrooms. Great selection. Always ask if I need help and always take my coupons. This is our go to place for kitchen, home, and bathroom supplies.

I like BBB. The everyday pricing might be a little more expensive than you fine elsewhere. Example: You might pay $ 1 more for an OXO Good Grips Smooth Edge Can Opener than you would at Target. However, they often have sales and clearance items. The BBB have a nice broad selection of items for the kitchen (gadgets, tools, etc.). Which is what i most frequently buy. On a recently visit, I found a couple neat dog toys on clearance pricing. Perhaps most importantly, as noted by Cheryl, you can almost always find a 20% off (or less frequently $ 5 off) coupon.

My go to place for around-​the-​house stuff. Typically they will have stuff that no one else has, and the quality is much better than what you will find elsewhere. Sure, it’s a little more expensive, but would you like to buy something cheap twice? I’d rather buy the right item the first time.

While this place is a bit on the pricey side, the products they carry are usually very high quality. They have so many different things that I never knew I needed for my kitchen and house. I was looking for a collapsible grater there last night and couldn’t find it. I went out to the BB&B website and found an item. Dawn came to my rescue and looked it up in the store and found that they had zero of them and didn’t have any on order. She arranged to have it shipped to my house with no shipping charges since the store should carry it. I bought 4 items and used 3 20% coupons and a $ 5 coupon. All of these coupons were expired and they still let me use them! I believe Patty was the manager on duty and she helped out a bit when there were some questions.
From this one experience I would give the place 5 stars however, in the past I have wandered around lost and had employees walk past me without offering any aid. What would give this place 5 stars is better signage where things are and employees offering to help more, although if it’s too much that becomes a bother so, you have to figure out some fine line there.

It seems as though every time I need something from them a 20% off couple arrives in the mail. I pleasantly surprised to find out that if you have more than one coupon they will let you use both of them on the same visit. So 20% off a larger item and $ 5 off another item.
And they also let you use expired coupons.
Reasonable prices and a lot of locations.

When I just need to shop, but don’t feel like dealing with the People of Wal-​Mart and Target just isn’t sounding all that appealing this is where I shop. I love to walk around and look at all the gadgets in this store and see what the latest and greatest ‘As Seen On TV’ products are. This store usually has a pretty decent amount of clearance product they are trying to get rid of. I feel like this place needs a lot more room. Everything is so jam packed in, but chances are they have what you are looking for. I actually like the location over by Park Meadows much better in terms of displays, roominess, etc. None-​the-​less, I’m happy to shop here when the mood strikes me. The staff at this location seems to pay a lot less attention to helping the customer find what they are looking for.
