I am from San Diego and a Mexican food snob. But the chips were great. The salsa was fantastic. I got an enchilada that was great and my husband got the Chili Colorado which was excellent. The service was fast and polite. I would definitely eat here again and recommend it.

Delicious food… Fast service, amazing margaritas! My only complaint is that it was a 100 degree day and it seemed like there was no air conditioning. Even with that I’m hooked and we will be back again!

Now I really wanted to like this place. we had been here once and it was just nasty. We figured we would give this place another try based on the good reviews, but I fail to understand how it has such good reviews. My sons taquitos came from a frozen box and my tamale was clearly not home made, it tasted a lot like the pre made ones you get at Costco. The beans were watery and my enchilada was a mess of greasy cheese and lacking the red sauce. My boyfriend had the el trio? He said it was good but defiantly not worth the $ 17. The only reason for two stars was our waiter was very nice. Over all it was just not a good experience and I don’t plan on ever coming back, you can’t call your self a «Mexican«restaurant if you can’t even make taquitos or tamales.

One star for the relentless fly who would not die after being hit with the menu five times. And it’s a pretty thick menu… Seemed almost like there were too many choices for me, but perhaps others would enjoy the huge variety, so a second star for that. The third star was for our wonderful waitress, she spoke very little English, but mastered the phrase«let me help you with that», and pampered my husband ridiculously! The fourth star was for hot food that came quickly from the kitchen and friendly :-) faces. The fifth star is lacking because the tables were dirty, the meat had a lot of gristle & fat and the beans were watery and the food overall was relatively salty. Also because I hate tacos on Taco Bell style taco shells. I want real tortillas! To Americanized for me. Still looking for a hole in the wall Mexican place. Not my 5 star favorite, but okay.

Our search for great Mexican food continues. Casa Mariachi was the busiest restaurant we have encountered so far and after eating here — I’m not sure why people wait to get in. The margaritas taste like they are from a mix and the salsa was okay. The Chips have to be from a bag and had a slight stale taste. I’d recommend that you make your own chips and serve them warm. The tacos were okay and the man said the same of his enchiladas. The interior is fun and cheerful but our table was in a bad spot and we had people standing in front of us while they waited for their table — so basically our view was of people’s butts while we ate. Service was friendly and we never felt neglected.

We had a fantastic lunch. Recommend the Supreme Burrito and beef Fajitas. We will be back! Oh and the margaritas are«top shelf».

This has to be the friendly staff anywhere!!! We have never had bad service. Not a huge fan of the margaritas, way too much sugar for me. The food is always great! Definitely my favorite Mexican restaurant in Parker

Pretty good Mexican. It gets crowded on the weekends but we like to go with a coupon during the week. Their fajita portion for two is huge and feeds 3 of us! The kids love their free bean dip with chips

Casa Mariachi is the best local Mexican restaurant! Arturo(the owner) knows every customers name, and will come say hello every time you are here. He is so welcoming to everyone, it is like his home. The food is fantastic too! If you want something special they have no issue with the kitchen making it from scratch(often our group does this). If you get something from the menu… Prepare to fall in love, the food is so delicious. The bean dip and salsa are great and the Carne Asada… mouth watering asada!!! But… The best part is the Margaritas!!! You can not have just one! They are homemade and so good. Or the almond tequila! Yummy! Anything you have from this resturant is amazing but that is because of the owners and the staff. Armando our weekly waiter has become part of our family, and we are thankful for that. The hostesses are always smiling and are so helpful, the other staff walk around and say hi, and are always smiling. If you go on a birthday, wait till they sing you«Happy Birthday» unforgettable! This resturant is a weekly visit for us and will continue to be! Thank you Casa Mariachi staff!

Have been here a few times. Went last week when it was crowded and apparently if you throw a fit you get to cut in front of 20 other people with a table of six. We had been waiting almost 25 mins… Probably won’t be back. El Trio treated us well and had just what we wanted.

First time visiting Casa Mariachi and will definitely be back. Food was excellent, service was excellent, restaurant was very clean. I had the El Trio, way more then I could eat. The beans and salsa with chips that they start you off with was very good.

Service is amazing! Seriously, some of the best I’ve ever encountered. Atmosphere is Spanish, Family, and Tropical. Food is fresh and well prepared. Price is totally affordable! I will be returning here for sure.

Excellent service, good atmosphere, very reasonably-priced food. We came here late on a Saturday afternoon and were promptly and politely greeted. Chips, salsa and bean dip were served quickly after we were seated. I was most struck by he friendly staff: they made sure we were satisfied with our order and refilled our beverages promptly. The food is tasty: not over-flavored or over-salted. I ordered the chicken enchilada/taco combo and enjoyed both equally. Great place — we’ll definitely return.

Looking for some authentic Mexican and close to Parker go here ! This was the first time ever we had been here but it was worth it ! I would defiantly return ! This is hopping place at 5:30 at night there was a wait just after we got sat. All the staff is very friendly and the food is great ! Menu is huge !!! So many choices ! Healthy, gluten free and America choices as well. I had the bean tostada with avocado and rice and it was delicious ! Very hot and fresh. The chips and salsa are good too. Although the sopillas aren’t to good they come in one order as 6 mini but they aren’t fluffy and kinda chewy . Overall great experience would defiantly go back !

So this is the second time I’ve been to this restaurant the first time I ordered shrimp fajitas that was a mistake the shrimp was still served with the shell… So I thought I would try it one more time on the menu except served with out the shower so I reordered it I have to say I was not impressed with the flavor but the service is really good

Third time here and everything was great. Great service great food and atmosphere was perfect for lunch. The décor is more traditional than most Mexican places but nothing bothersome. Have tried specials each time and have enjoyed the food each time. Large plate for the price so very good value.

Such a nice atmosphere. Good sized portion of food, you definitely won’t be hungry when you leave. Didn’t have to wait long, service was fast and friendly. Chips were really fresh(not stale as is usual in most Mexican restaurants). El Trio was a good portion, didn’t think I was going to make it but as you can see from the picture, challenge accepted! I’m definitely coming back if I’m ever up in this area again.

I love Casa Mariachi! They serve complimentary chips with salsa and bean dip which I really love. The bean dip tastes meaty almost, and it’s a perfect start to a pretty awesome meal. The waitresses are nice and helpful and the food comes in super huge portions! The plates come super hot so be careful when handling them. I usually get the Border Enchiladas which feature skirt steak wrapped in tortillas covered in queso cheese sauce. You get beans and rice as well which are very delicious! Overall I love this restaurant!!!
