This place is awful. Which is sad because their food is good, when put together correctly. Every single time we go there(and that is not an exaggeration) they manage to mess up one thing or another. We have had them remake a burger 4 times because they can’t follow simple instructions like no mustard or no onions. Sorry guys but even McDonalds can get that one right. And very recently they don’t seem to like to put all the ingredients in a burrito. Twice now they have had to remake a burrito because they forgot the potatoes, there was just egg in a tortilla. Finally I just asked for my money back after being served a burrito once again with no potatoes. I’m just so confused and concerned about why it is so hard to follow directions? I don’t see how these people are making any money. They already had to cut back their hours and I’m sure making someone 3 burritos and then giving them a refund isn’t helping any. I will be sad to see this place go because their food was good once but their service has crashed and burned. But I suppose once they are gone the temptation for disappointment will be gone as well.

YUCK!!! YUCK!!! YUCK!!! — This place is disgusting, the food is terrible, the service worse. You call that green chili? If you want bland, no flavor, chili that isn’t even remotely spicy, then this is the place to come — even Taco Bell has better food.

Just got 2 breakfast burritos from here and I’m from Albuquerque, NM. This Twisters was horrible!!! Almost no chili on a smothered burrito, no cheese on top or lettuce/tomato(twisters style). Hardly a trace of green chili in my hand held either. The outside of my tortilla was charred and had bacon in it instead of ham. Don’t go to this Twisters if you’re from New Mexico and know what it should be like. The one on Buckley in Aurora is much better.

Like the food normally but did not get a chance today Stopped in on the way to an appointment Arrived at 9am… Ordered the special… 9:20. The two people that ordered before me still did not have their food… I had to leave but could not fine anyone to tell. Thus, I left after spending $ 9 on food and only got a small weak coffee. I could not wait any longer. Funny thing, I ran by Del Taco on the way to the appointment and go a quick breakfast burrito that was pretty decent in less than a minute Pretty sad as my previous visits have pretty good and food is terrific. Probably my last visit until they improve service and management.

Worst experience ever. We generally love Twisters. Yes, it is not always clean but the food is good. Today, though, our whole visit was awful. People who ordered well after us got their food and finished before we got ours. It turns out that it was because they were given our order. We received our order and it was the wrong number — isn’t that why there are numbers on the tickets and you get a number? We also received dirty silverware and had to ask for new silverware. The burrito that my husband received cold. When we went up to complain about having the wrong order, they barely apologized and acted like it was our fault. They did not offer any compensation or anything to make the situation any better. The people behind us had the same situation with cold food and not receiving all the parts of their order. I have never seen any of the people who are working today in here so I don’t know if they have new people or something else, but this was bad enough that we will not be back. The least they could have done is to have acted like they were really apologetic rather than a cursory, «I apologize.» The whole situation was unfortunate but if they had at least tried to fix it — they did not even offer to make the correct burrito — we might have felt better about the situation. As it is, we hope to let others know how bad our experience was and possibly save them from a repeat of it.

Someone recommended this place for a good breakfast burrito and I was in the mood. It was probably the worst I’ve ever had. The eggs and potatoes were dry and flavorless. The green chili sauce was like gunk and jelly like. The coffee was again the worst I ever had. It was basically water and they have no milk, only those little creamer thingies. However, I found the service to be quick and pleasant and it was pretty cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.

The food is ok. Nothing to write home about. And yes it takes awhile to get your order. I would never use the drive threw. The bacon cheeseburger not good.

Best green chili breakfast burrito! Fresh ingredients, and fast service. What can I say that hasn’t already been said. This is the go to breakfast burrito place of Parker! They have the best green chili around.

Very rude employees. The girl in the drive thru had a serious attitude because she didn’t understand what we ordered then the manager practically threw the bag of food at us. Absolutely no customer service skills here whatsoever.

Food is not good at all. Ordered a chicken deluxe burrito, el nino burrito and chili cheese fries and only took bites of everything. The el nino burrito had nasty dry meat, the chicken burrito had dried up potatoes… no point of even putting them in there. The chili on my fries waa not to my liking. I was the only customer so you would think the food wouldnt take as long and if it did everything would be fresh, but nope. Also i didn’t hear how much my order was, but it was 14.01 and i gave them a twenty and got 4dollars and 99cents back. Seriously? You couldnt ask me if i had a penny? Im sure i had plenty of pennies in my car while sitting in drive thru. Also their credit card machine was also broken and on this rare ocassion i had to use cash. Anyways a big dissapointment and waste of 14 $.

Just get the«out of business» sign up already! Food is horrible, service is horrible, restaurant is always empty, food is not authentic Mexican. They use Taco Bell style taco shells, not fresh tortillas. We need a great burger, pastrami, onion ring joint in this location! Nothing less!

No stars if I could! Came and ordered a shredded beef chimichanga. I was the only car in the drive thru and the inside was empty. Waited, waited, waited some more. Tapped on the window, no one. I already paid… Can’t leave now. 17min later got my chimichanga. Who knew I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and got my food faster. Also, my beans that came with my chimichanga platter were so dry I was positive they tried to feed me chunky brown cement.

Normally I love going in here for the South Valley burrito w/green chili. Today? Not so much. The place was FILTHY and then the guy dumped ice all over the floor and left it there. My burrito was a handheld and fell apart all over my hands and into the basket, plus the tortilla was burnt. Will not be going back for a while. Hopefully they will get better management and staff in there and be abl to go back to how good it used to be.

I love this place. «#12 smothered with the green». Yes it’s an extremely run down looking building but it has been there for ever(I think it was a Wendy’s). The breakfast burritos are awesome and my go to cure for a cold. I recommend everyone give them a try.

I enjoy the food plenty(the Denver/Evans location has been great), but I’ve had horrible drive-through experiences here. I’ve written to the company with no response. 20+ minutes in the drive through with 1 car in front of me for 1 burrito. The time before it was an 8 minute wait(with no car in front of me). If the car in front of me had a big order(I don’t know if they did), they should have pulled them aside, or walked mine out. I could have probably sat down and ordered, eaten and paid at a sit down restaurant in this time. This location needs a re-staff, serious training in customer service, or just close this location. I won’t be stopping here again.

Best burrito my ass! Tacos Rapidos aka Taco Express puts this place TOSHAME. No contest. Nasty tortilla. Nasty green chili. Red salsa will ruin you the next day. Bacon was good. Potatoes were ok. Overall I won’t be back. Too bad.

Great breakfast burritos, but they are SOSLOW… If another place opens in parker with a decent breakfast burrito, this place will end up shutting down. Registered on Unilocal and wrote this all while sitting at the drive thru window. Not the first time either… Still don’t have my food.

Well 7 minutes waiting for them to put out coffee at 9:44AM. Drive thru line is huge probably 8 cars and they just keep on lining up maybe they know it is better not to go into the store. They have a sign out for managers I guess I know why! Food can help cover poor service but fast food should be fast and coffee should never be empty in the morning. Just saw first food come out for anyone after 10 minutes being here. Finally got food, lukewarm at best I guess they figure they need to save 30 seconds in the microwave. The green chili did not have time to heat so it was still somewhat congealed and the burrito is like cardboard. Coffee was out when we arrived, I told the kitchen when we went to get our drinks 15 minutes later we got our food and told the person who brought our food, she said they were busy, 2 minutes later she brought out a fresh pot of coffee. Not sure why they were so backed up none of the food seemed to be cooked fresh. They seemed to have the egg and sausage sitting around how hard is it to throw it together nuke it and then put hot green chili on it? I would not go back at all, there are a lot of better places to get a burrito and offhand I can’t think of a worse place even Mcdonalds is better!

I love their breakfast burritos. Fresh ingredients make them taste homemade. Not your typical drive thru food. The burritos are huge and the green chile is the best in Parker. Love the #8 Supreme Burrito!

I came here a couple times when they first opened, but I had not been back since then. The other day, a friend and I stopped in for a late breakfast/lunch. The food was pretty much as I remembered it. What this means is that I find it pretty good, but not that great. I cannot help but feel that this is basically«Gringo-Mexican» food. It is not particularly authentic, and there are no real surprises, but the portions are fairly large and come with a goodly amount of cheese. On my most recent visit, I had the«South Valley» with chorizo, egg, potato, red chile, and cheese. I do not think I would order this again. It was somewhat spicy, but very one-note in taste. It really would have benefited from some contrasting flavors or textures. I would like to drop by again sometime to try the Indian Taco(since I do enjoy fry bread).
