Horrible service. Waited over 35 mins for food. Had to ask for chips, napkins, utensils and refills. Food was cold and not good at all. I would give no stars if I could.

Decent Mexican food. Ordered the chili relleno and pork tamale. Tasted good, and the service was great! House made hot salsa was awesome!

P. S, new ownership 2 year Just finish. Homemade Green chill soup with homemade flour tortillas while enjoying 2 well made Margherita and and outstanding deserts guess which one? Excellent food, fair prices nice Spanish family like family atmosphere. Enjoy La Casita and support many other excellent Parker restaurants

I’ve been trying to make a point of writing reviews of places I go when I’m truly impressed. Mexican is easy to come by, but this place has a very diverse menu. I can never decide what I want. The food is fresh and clean. It is not swimming in cheese and sour cream sauces, as many mexican restaurants do. The staff is attentive, the restaurant simple but cute. The salsa is delicious. I am surprised they are not busier. This place has nothing to hide. We have had a variety of meals, ranging from salads to steak and chicken burritos to soup. All very good. Have not tried their happy hour, but the prices look excellent.

This place deserves ½ a star at best… food was not fresh and guacamole tasted like dirty socks. Several Mexican restaurants in Parker are better than La Casita.

**come here for AUTHENTIC Mexican food Yummy! 1st off best horchata ever! Smooth, sweet and not grainy. I’m not from here so finding a good Mexican spot was on our list of must-haves when we moved here. We’ve found it! Very authentic. The staff are friendly, and I love the atmosphere. Reminds me of home, very warm and inviting. At home we know good Mexican food by the rice, if it’s flavorful and not dry, everything else will be good. And everything was delicious! I’m usually really picky about my sauces but they hit it on the head! Try the salsas, one is definitely spicer than the other so if you’re not into that beware. I lost my breath not realizing but it burns so good hahaha. Update we came back(twice in one week) tried more satisfying food and a margarita! Get the pitcher if you’re with a group, it’s worth it. I’m also picky about my margaritas and again very happy! Just enough alcohol and not too sweet. We will be regulars here soon enough.

My husband and I ate here because we were desperate. Our own fault I guess. The server speak any English and messed up our drink order. I think I got the burritos rancheros and it was a soggy burrito drenched in this gross spicy red sauce. So spicy I couldn’t eat it, I had to switch with my husband. His food was decent. I just wish they would have put down some kind of warning that my dish Would be super spicy. The chips were stale and the salsa was mediocre. Probably won’t ever go back to this establishment.

First visit and boy I think I found another winner! Started off rocky as I felt like the greeter wasn’t much of a greeter and the place was empty at 12:00 on Sunday. I figured it would be crowded due to the Church crowd. Anyways got seared quickly since it was empty and ordered very shortly after. The chips and salsa were good. Better than most around Parker but not the best. Two different kinds(spicy and mild) which I thought was very convenient. Like I said both were good but not to the point where you wanted to fill up on them. Ordered carnitas and asked the waiter if they were good and he gave a very enthusiastic«yes! You will enjoy». When they came out I could believe he size of the order… huge! I eat a lot and even I couldn’t finish them! Not even close! The pork was great but everything else on the plate(rice, beans, pico and some kind of green chile sauce) was your average Mexican food flare stuff. Will I go again… yes…if the other main courses are as good as the carnitas I will be a happy man!

Loved the margaritas! The food was authentic and the service was friendly! The restaurant furniture had traditional Mexican character! It was very cute!

I had given up on Mexican food in Parker. It just doesn’t seem to ever be done right. This place is pretty good. The tostada is amazing. Nice staff. Great enchiladas.

Salsa tastes like Texas Pete and store bought salsa mixed. Food is below average due to lack of flavor. Overall bad experience. Very typical Taco Bell flavored food.

Disappointed that the service quality has gone down and the price of their house margarita doubled(used to be $ 3 now it’s $ 6). Won’t be going back.

Had the champignon burrito and it’s a tasty, lighter, veggie option if that’s your desire for the day :) Drinks had a little too much ice for my liking, but very flavorful(coconut and mango margaritas). Friendly, prompt service… overall good experience.

The arroz con pollo was ridiculously good and it came so fast that I almost wasn’t ready for it. The salsa that comes with the chips is nothing special but it isn’t bad either. They were good about refilling our drinks and our chips so no complaints there. The price wasn’t bad either and though the atmosphere wasn’t anything memorable it was nice enough. The reason behind the 5 stars is all about the main course because as I mentioned above the Arroz con Pollo was so good. It’s not a very complicated dish but a lot of Mexican Restaurants around Denver don’t seem to offer it and a few that do have a very bland version. This one though, was very flavorful and is my favorite that I’ve found in the Denver Metro area.

We moved to parker a few months ago and this was one of the first restaurants we tried in the area. Since then we’ve been back several times. We have found the restaurant wonderfully consistent both in service and quality of food. The salsa has just enough heat to make it interesting, but not too much to make it forbidding. The mole and arroz con pollo were both very tasty! The service is fast and the servings are more than generous. We usually take some home with us. We’ll return here again.
