Jack’s Shave Ice

You’d think that crushing ice & putting flavoring on it would be easy. You’d be wrong. Most places give you hard mounds of ice, throw some colored and slightly flavored water on it, and call it good. That’s not how Jack’s rolls. The ice could almost be described as creamy, and the flavoring actually has FLAVOR! What a concept! There are numerous flavors to choose from — anything from the usual cherry, grape, etc., to exotic flavors like Tiger’s Blood. Also, prices seem fair, and that’s a biggie for me. For the most part, it’s just ice & flavoring so I’m not going pay $ 6 for a cup of that. Jack’s prices are much more reasonable, and the quality is there, so I didn’t cringe when I paid. I’ll happily buy myself & my kids a tasty treat from here the next time I see them!
