2⁄5 Stars: would not recommend unless nothing else around. This food truck comes to my work on a weekly basis. I decided to try it once, it was a cold day so a warm, tasty meatball sub sounded good. It was ~$ 10 which is a little high in my opinion compared to other sandwich shops, though I don’t mind paying a premium for good food. The sub was VERY basic. Plain bread with 4 meatballs and sauce. No cheese, or anything else. For a $ 10 lunch, I expected maybe a side chips and/or drink, or at least something more than what I got. It just felt like I got ripped off. The sandwich itself was not terrible, but not that great either, hence the 2 stars, not 1. A $ 6 footlong meatball sub at Subway is much better, on toasted bread, plus you can add cheese, oregano, tomatoes, onions, etc. I love a great food truck, but have no patience for an overpriced lazy one such as this.
