Went here on a Wednesday evening, only because it was on our way back from the airport, this is not our usual King Soopers… We were especially disappointed in the produce section, I bought the very last package of romaine lettuce, there were too many empty shelves throughout the entire store. On a Wednesday evening. The interior is an older layout, dark and dank, it has a funky wet carpet smell which gives off a bad first impression. The parking lot is atrocious with its pot holes everywhere! About the only good thing I can say about this location is that it has a gas station on the other side of the parking lot but other than that, we won’t be back to shop just fill up our gas tanks.

My store to shop — everyone is friendly. If you shop on the weekend don’t go late on Sunday as the shelves tend to be emptied.

Good place to get a few things if you need something close. Update the shopping carts please, I can deal with anything but a cart with bent wheels or didn’t even roll… And that is after the fourth attempt to find a decent shopping cart. Old grocer store but does the job.

My review is specifically for the Pharmacy. I originally left Walgreen’s to go to this King Soopers Pharmacy as you could get good fuel points, but honestly, I see why they give you fuel points, to compensate for the lack of service. I been dealing with some illnesses lately and my dr sent the prescription over at 2pm, by 6pm it hadn’t been filled. I called and they put me on hold for 10 minutes. I asked when it would be ready and they told me tomorrow, or if I needed it, they would put it in a «waiting status». They did. My wife came back an hour later, and still wasn’t done, and had to wait another 15 minutes for it. Based on this lack of service, I have chosen to go back to Walgreen’s. This has not happened once, but at least 3 times in the past month. As far as the rest of their store, they have a decent team.

This is the 1st King Soopers I’ve seen with a Starbucks & sushi section. The sushi selection looked great but I was disappointed the rice was so hard. I got a spicy sushi plate for $ 13 that had ginger, wasabi and two different rolls of sushi. The flavors were great but the rice was hard as if the sushi had been sitting there overnight. This King Soopers also offers a big makeup/beauty product section so I was able to get some Neutrogena SPF face cream that I was otherwise going to buy on Amazon. There’s a Little Clinic in this King Soopers which is a convenient way to stop in if you’re sick(with minor illnesses like sinus problems, allergies, flu, cold, strep, mono, bronchitis-nothing major that needs emergency attention) or if you want to get a vaccination(flu, MMR, etc.). The Little Clinic opens on weekends & also offers physicals &TB skin tests. They take several kinds of insurances including Medicaid.

This isn’t my neighborhood King Soopers… But if I’m in the area, this is my go-to grocery store. Love the layout… And the people that work here are super friendly. A big plus is the King Soopers Fuel Center close by. No complaints just a positive review for a great location!

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. If you ever call the pharmacy, no matter what time, you will be greeted with a «Hold please!», followed by 5 minutes of waiting, and then another«Hold please!». Followed by another 5 minutes of waiting, and then someone will pick up and hang up. So then you have to call back and go through the entire cycle again. If you finally do get to speak with someone, there will undoubtedly be an issue with your prescription, either they«didn’t get it» or they are«out of stock». At which point you will be on your own, or have to wait until it’s in stock. I would highly recommend going to any pharmacy besides this one. It will save you a lot of time and stress. I gave 3 stars because the store itself is fine.

The employees are great. Spencer at the front desk has a positive attitude on life and you can feel that. He makes sure you are well taken care of. I cannot think of the other person, but he always says hello. When I had my first back surgery, I could not lift a 12-pack of Dr Pepper. He was nice eough to come ovrt, load the cart, and take them to my vehicle.

The store is great, but the pharmacy sucks. Highly recommend going ANYWHERE else… the pharmacy staff is completely incompetent. I waited for 2.5 hours for a prescription that was called in after they confidently claimed it had not. I asked them to check every avenue by which a prescription can be filled(fax, electronic, phone) Finally,(after 2.5 hours of me sitting in front of them) they decided to check the voicemail. OHH, guess what… there it was. Thank you for wasting my time. NEVER going here again.

One of the best kept secrets is the Angus. For the taste, for the price, it’s the best meat from any grocery chain. If you know how to grill a steak, you wont be able to find a better steak from any Steakhouse around. The butchers are nice and always cut us fresh Angus Rib eyes.

OK, this place is very convenient but I really prefer the fruit and meat selection at Sprouts. I would kill for a Whole Foods in the area. All that said, this store does have a decent selection of healthy foods, you just have to look for it.

This is «the» grocery store to go to. Prices are reasonable and competitive with Wal-Mart and Target. Produce looks good, the butcher shop is good, the deli is good. It is always clean, and the people are friendly. The people in the pharmacy are nice and quick, check out is acceptable and the baggers always ask to help, which is nice when overwhelmed with two antsy boys.

They sell food, I need food. It’s Nicer than the Safeway down the street. It’s not Whole Foods, but then again I’m not paying Whole Food prices either. If you live Parker, and need to buy food to eat, this is where you go.

I figured I should write a review for this store, too, since I reviewed a different store and mentioned this one in it! This store is nice — it is relatively new(or recently renovated) and is well laid out. The store is clean and well-lit. There is a Starbucks inside the store with lots of comfy chairs to lounge in if you have some time to kill. There is a sushi station at this store which does a surprisingly impressive job — I mean, let’s face it… who really expects sushi from a grocery chain to look or taste good? I sure don’t, but I have been very pleasantly surprised by this store in particular. At the location closer to me(Parker & Arapahoe), I get pretty close to what I expect — sushi that looks like it was made by someone who has no idea what they are doing. At this store, however, you get sushi that doesn’t fall apart. looks and tastes great. Lots of ample parking in a huge lot, right off of Parker Road — the store is a little tucked back, so make sure to watch for the sign or you could miss it as you’re flying down Parker!

King Soopers is my grocery store chain of choice and this one is really great. The checkers have all worked here for years so it must have good management. They have a great inside non-branded Starbucks store with free wifi and huge comfy chairs to sit in and provide you with drink holders for your shopping cart if you need your java jolt while shopping. Nice. My favorite story about this store was when a particularly sweet older gentleman that worked there for years and befriended all passed away, there was a nice memorial service for him with cards to sign for the family to let them know how much he would be missed by «his» customers at Kings… This is why I love living in Parker, great homey touches like this even at a huge chain.

King Soopers stepped it up recently with a makeover. Really though, I don’t care about what the place looks like as long as they have what I’m looking for. Which brings me to the reason I’m giving them a 4 on the rating… 1. The veggies are always fresh(Unlike Wal-Marts) and ripe 2. The store is easy to navigate 3. If I ever become single again, I know where to look for a date, haha. If I can’t complain about a store, more power to them.

They just remodeled this place. It looks sweet. Better prices than Safeway, and it’s closer to where I live. That’s what’s most important.

King Soopers. What’s not to love? The name itself says it all; it’s like it’s screaming«I AMTHEKINGOFGROCERIES». And, it’s semi true. No real false advertising here. Well, almost. There isn’t one thing this place doesn’t carry. Keep in mind this IS a basic well know chain located in suburbia and offers every day groceries suburbians need to buy. I have to say, not bad. But, not good. Cause, I’m not an «every day» kind of gal. You won’t walk in saying, «Oh look how cute this store is, it’s just so unique.» But you will hear, «Where’s the new Starbucks located again?» So if you find yourself in Parker, CO looking for foreign cheeses, here’s a secret: there aren’t many cheese options to speak of, no real genuine pita selections, no NY style pizza or pasties around. You get the idea. I can tell you that this place is suburb at carrying any and all cold medications imaginable so because of that, 5 stars. Clarion? Check. Kleenex? Check. Sprite? Check. Vitamin Water? Double and tripe check. Peppermint Ice cream? Hello. All I have to say is Kings Soopers is the new the King diggy… almost.
