Magic Rabbit Car Wash & Detail

Everything was done correctly and on time. It appears that a lot of people are happy with their work too. I say this because they can get very busy especially after a snowstorm or on a sunny Saturday. You will see the owner there if they get very busy. How many places do you have the owner wiped down your car! They always do great job for me and get me in and out fast, even when it is busy. My thanks to their team members who take such good care of my cars.

They did a fantastic job on cleaning my car. Much better than Waterway. They paid a lot of attention to my rims. When I got into my car it felt like it had been completely detailed. I chose the Ultimate Wash for $ 27.99 which was a steal for what I got.

I truly appreciate if you will get back to us so we can address your concern. It serves no useful purpose by sending us a bad review when you did not let us address the problem by showing us that you indeed were our customer. I did try to let you address the issues I had with your company, as I left my truck to be detailed correctly after I was originally notified that it was finished. I spoke with a different person each time I arrived and they were very argumentative and claimed that I just am just more «particular» than most when they get their vehicles detailed. I do not have the original receipt but I do have a record of transactions with my bank which does, in fact, show that I was your customer on the same day in which the original review was posted. To claim that you have no record of me coming to your store is a pretty bad defense to a bad review of service, or shows a lack of management, which was no where to be found the day I was there, according to the employees. I do not know the names of the people I dealt with that day, one was a younger African-​American gentleman and one was an older Asian lady. Other than your original response to my original review, which looks to be posted today 12÷18÷15 (3 months after my original review), and the message you sent to me on Unilocal,also dated 12÷18÷15, there has been no other attempts from you to contact me. The way in which you attempt to «handle» this situation makes me further insist that people stay away from your business.

They did a good job cleaning the inside. Made it look new. The outside could have used more attention to detail.

Took my Jeep there after a day of 4 wheeling, it was filthy inside and out and I did not have the top on, plus dog hair everywhere. John the detail manager did an excellent job which included a hand wash and they knocked it out in about an hour! Would have taken me all day! The Jeep looks brand new again. Definitely will be going back.

I received a gift certificate for my birthday to have my car detailed by Magic Rabbit in Parker. When the gift certificate was purchased, the person buying the gift certificate was told that it was «more than enough» to detail the car — if this is not the case then magic rabbit needs to tell people «we don’t know what it would cover» that would be more honest and not misleading… seriously just tell them «we don’t know» rather than making false claims. Prior to dropping my car off, I stopped by to see what the process was, to have my car looked at in person (since their consistent rebuttal is that the just estimate a price when you call in), and to check the place out. Johnny approached me and bragged over and over how people on-​line cite his work as great; he said «Go ahead, look me up Lady». I told Johnny what I wanted done and we both looked at the car for a good 10 minutes– he said «no problem» to everything and a price was set. I also asked how much window tinting was and he said $ 130 at my garage, I assumed he meant the garage at the business.
I showed up when they opened on a Saturday. I presented my gift certificate to Johnny at which point his whole attitude changed and he wanted an additional $ 90 — $ 150 and then said there were all kinds of «problems» with my car that he previously did not point out when he thought I was using some other method of payment rather than a gift certificate. Gift certificates are like money and every dollar was paid on the gift certificate, there was no discount, so I am unsure how prices change when this business is presented with one. I did not want to pay anymore and I told him forget the floors and floor mats shampoo and a few other things were taken off. I then went inside so Kevin, the owner, could give me a ride home. I inquired to Kevin this time about the cost of a window tint to which I was quoted $ 375…much more than what Jonny had said then I realized «my garage» was probably his own garage (?) Maybe poaching a little business on the side.
It was nearing closing time at the shop and I had called to see if they had forgotten about me. Kevin arrived to pick me up and we arrived at the detail/​gas station a few minutes past closing time. I was totally disappointed. They had my car for nearly 8 hours and what I saw was far from acceptable — kids doing fundraisers in the dairy queen parking lot do a better job. I went inside the gas station to ask Kevin to come and look at my car. Once Kevin saw the detail job he said he was quite embarrassed at the quality of work. Since mine was the last car out, people that worked there had people waiting for them but Kevin had the people left work on my car a bit more. Johnny got a bucket full of sudsy water and a heavy mitt and roughly cleaned some interior parts — so rough in fact that fabric was pulled from the window switches on the door that I had to force the fabric back into place with a butter knife when I got home. After Johnny did that, he got mad that someone would question his poor work and threw the floor mats that were drying on the roof and hood of his car on to the ground and speed off. Very unprofessional and intimidating for a customer to witness.
Kevin had the remaining man (didn’t get his name) rebuff the outside of my car and again Kevin repeated how embarrassed he was. The second buffer (and I believe shop manager) was very good but I felt awful that he had to stay after and that he had people waiting. This is uncomfortable for a customer so I just accepted it as it was since it was already was past closing time and I was super disgusted at this point. Again, Kevin said he was embarrassed about how my car looked. I really just wanted to leave at this point.
Once arriving home I also discovered that part of my back door jamb molding was gone as well as the original floor mats. I am assuming my molding was probably broken off when you consider the heavy handedness and carelessness of some of the detailers.
I called Magic Rabbit regarding the missing piece from my car and floor mats but did not even get a return call. I have read the reviews and it seems like their consistent response is to blame the customer and not take responsibility. This is very strange to me that it always seems to be the fault of the customer.

Johnny was very nice and courteous he did well while I feel this place is under staffed. I had my interior detailed and they did a nice job. Although they forgot my dash mat and I had to come back for it and it took 4 hours to do the interior when I myself cleaned it prior to coming down there.

Great service! Everyone was friendly and helpful. They were extremely detailed in ensuring my car looked as good as new. Johnny was Johnny on the spot! He treated it as their own and obviously take pride in what they do. I highly recommend this location.

Wow! What a great job! I am prepping my truck for sale. It has been a while since it had a thorough cleaning. But, Johnny did an amazing job on both interior and exterior. In fact, the console and dashboard look like brand new!

Took my car here after a winter storm and drive to Winterpark. The car was cleaned very well, and all the salt and grime was taken off the car. All the workers were very professional, and I noticed they took time to talk to all their customers about what they wanted so they could do their job right and all parties be satisfied. The inside was cleaned very well also… as we had quite a mess inside the car. Definitely will take my car to be cleaned here again!!!

Gotta say… I love this Magic Rabbit. I’ve come here on a regular basis for years and everyone has always been so friendly. Whenever I go to a drive thru car wash, I always notice the difference. Magic Rabbit does a really great job and they are thorough, although a bit expensive. There is one guy in particular (Johnny?) who always goes out of his way to ensure my car is clean and always takes care of my floormats! Everyone is so sweet, especially the lovely lady at the register. It’s funny to go to a car wash and have everyone recognize you, but it’s very welcoming!

Just got car back at magic rabbit car was and detail. Jonnie did a amazing job came and was looking at my car help get something extra off and then wiped car all down again. Will be back soon

I inherited my large suburban from a family member who used the vehicle as his work truck and he smoked liked a chimney. The SUV had a terrible odor and the interior was in pretty bad shape. I «walked in» to Magic Rabbit without an appointment at 12:00P. The staff was friendly, not pushy, listened to what I wanted (an interior detail; I wanted a super clean interior and the smell as close to gone as possible). The staff told me all the things they would need to do to get the car to my standards. They looked over my SUV and gave me a quote. I agreed and signed. They offered a shuttle to take me home. Magic Rabbit called me several hours to let me know they needed to keep the car through tomorrow, due to the weather (it was pouring rain) and wanted more time with the Ozone Machine. I agreed, no problem. When I picked up the suburban the next day (after Magic Rabbit called that it was done), I was blown away by the perfect condition and there was no cigarette smell at all! The cost was exactly what I was quoted. Their prices are competing and charge what other companies were going to charge. Awesome job!!!

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR DETAILED HERE!!! Unless of course you like getting ripped off. They will quote you a low ball price to get your commitment but they won’t honor that quote. EXPECT TO PAY MUCH, MUCH MORE. My vehicle is less than 2 years old with a clean leather interior, rubber floor matts, clean dashboard and I vacuumed the whole thing before I brought it in so there was hardly a crumb on the floor. I rearranged my schedule and secured a ride to work. When I went to drop it off, the price was suddenly much higher. Admittedly, my two cup holders were pretty dirty. YOU ARE A DETAIL SHOP! Dirty cup holders should not raise the price through the roof. Unless you like being inconvenienced, lied to, and ripped off by scam artists, AVOID THE MAGIC RABBIT AT ALL COSTS!!!

I’m extremely picky, especially when it comes to having my vehicles cleaned. With dog hair all over the inside of my GMC, there was hardly a trace of it leftover after Magic Rabbit took over. Their attention to detail was stellar, even on the exterior where they thoroughly cleaned my wheels. Total cost was under $ 30 (including tax-​n-​tip), which was a fair price considering everything they did to make my car look like new again. I’ll be back!

Great wash, kind of expensive and takes too long. I rarely have any issue with the quality of work done, but it seems they are always under staffed. I try to make sure I’m not under any time constraints when I come here, but should it really have to be this way?
Today it took nearly 20 minutes just to get my truck thru the wash and there were no cars ahead of me in the vacuum line. After that 20, it took another 15 for the wipedown. There are places that can wash and wax in that amount of time!
If I were the owner I’d invest in some staffing, because everything else is very good.
