I’ll keep this short and bitter sweet since I’m waiting for my mattress as I write this review. Was told yesterday when I purchased my new $ 4000+ mattress that Sunday deliveries were made between 4−7pm. Got a call from the delivery guy tonight around 5:30pm saying he was running behind but that he would have it delivered this evening. Called him at seven asking his eta. was informed he still had two more stops before my place. I finally get a call at 9:00pm asking if I still wanted him to stop by… seriously?.. I’ve been already been waiting two hours over my quoted arrival time. IDK if it’s the delivery guy our mattress firm is pumping out more deliveries than they can handle. but something needs to change because I’m getting an impression this probably isn’t their first time being this tardy… I will definitely be calling this location tomorrow to inform then if this annoying experience. …UPDATE. 9:56pm…Called the delivery guy(Isaac) wondering if he was lost. He told me he was on his way. Now let me remind everyone that gre called me at 9:05pm to tell me he was on his way from Parker. I live 20 minutes from south parker. Tell me. how does it take over an hour to travel thru Parker? His response you ask…“Do you still want me to come by”!!! :-) WTHOLYFUCK!!!

horrible salesmanship. the sales guy acted rude & condescending, then he quotes me a ‘deal’ on a mattress for $ 40 more than the stores internet price for the same mattress. I will not be giving this location my business, It was a very unpleasant experience.

We recently bought 4 mattresses from this store. The sales person was very helpful and friendly. The jury is out on the mattresses. I am not actually sure if they sent us the correct bed for one of those on the order but it is fine. My review is mainly based on the delivery experience. We got a call from the driver who was lost on the day of delivery. Despite very clear instructions he proceeded to argue with my husband regarding directions to the house. I’m not sure exactly where he gets off being pissy about directions when he was the one who was lost but, whatever… Then when they arrived I had to request 3 times for them to take off their shoes before they rolled their eyes and did it. The sales person had assured me that they had booties so I didn’t think it was an unreasonable request… They asked where the mattresses were going and if I wanted things set up. I showed them what went where and said I did want them set up please. They proceeded to argue with me about taking the plastic off of the twin mattresses saying I could do it myself and then argued about if I really wanted my king and queen mattress set up; «um yes I do that’s why you’re here». They were supposed to then take away my old mattresses which we were in the process of getting off our our moving truck. They said they would not wait around. That was fine I guess, I understand. My movers were nice enough to offer to take the old mattresses away for us but the mattress guys sat there arguing with the movers about it! They were off the hook but still felt the need to argue with someone for something I guess. Finally after they left we went upstairs to find ONE bed assembled. The queen mattress and box spring were in plastic standing on their end in the guest room. And the twin mattresses were also in plastic on the ground in my kids’ rooms. This store may have had a good price and decent product, but they have got to get some new delivery people because that experience has deterred me from every going there in the future.

It took me two trips and two weeks to get my new bed but I finally did and we are so happy! We are no longer tired of being tired! The first time we went into check out potential purchases we worked with Shane, and although he tried to get us to buy the mattress that night he wasn’t too pushy. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful. The second time we came in to buy our bed, Shane wasn’t around but the manager gave Shane credit for the sale anyways; I thought that was really nice. Of course, because we had waited a week to come back they had sold all of the style we were interested in and we had to wait another week for the shipment which kind of sucked, but the manager made it worth our while. This store was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful and I didn’t feel like I was being pressured or hovered over to make my decisions. I would recommend this location to friends and family. We LOVE our new Tempurpedic Cloud Luxe! Even if we didn’t, it’s nice to know that not only does Tempurpedic have a return policy, but this store does as well, they even do trade ups if you aren’t happy! The delivery service was on time and were in and out of our place really quickly, we appreciated that as well.
