I love the convenience of delivery and pickup and the reminders are nice. That said, I am having a very different experience than they other reviewers as it relates to quality. In every return I’ve received in the last couple months, my dress shirts are still dirty in some areas and wrinkled. In one case, a white dress shirt came back with a spot on it that was not on it before it went to them. We contacted them and, frankly, was surprised to hear them respond with, «well, we’ll need you to take a picture and send it to us.» Was expecting something a little more customer-centric by way of response. It’s very difficult to find a good cleaner and I’m afraid, I’ll be searching again.

We just started using this service and have been impressed with their customer service model. We hang our clothes on our door Thursday morning and they are delivered Friday morning. This saves us a ton of time dropping off/picking up clothes and the next day service is second to none. The best thing is not only are our clothes perfect upon delivery, but we are paying the same prices we were at our old dry cleaners and getting next day service.

Great service! Very responsive. Have done everything I’ve asked them to do and have gone the extra mile to try to keep me happy. I would recommend these guys to everyone. They’re a little slow on returning my shoes sometimes after shining them but that’s my only complaint. A great dry cleaning service!
