Customer service sucks. I singed up over a year ago for a year long membership at $ 50 some dollars a month. I joined in March-April of 2015. I haven’t gone in around 6 months because I’ve decided to stop tanning for my health. Anyway, I assumed I would stop getting a monthly charge of March or April of this year. They have some ridiculously large cancellation fee if you cancel early, which is why I let it be. I checked my bank account today and saw another charge for this month. I called and asked why I was still being charged. They told me my account said I had signed up in June of last year. Well I know that to not be the case, so I asked to cancel my account. They told me I had to come in an sign some paperwork. Seemed a little ridiculous but whatever, I went in to sign whatever I needed to sign. I then asked to be refunded the charge from this month. I was then informed that they don’t do refunds but a store credit would be my only option. Completely ridiculous, why on earth would I want a store credit if I’m canceling my account? Makes absolutely no sense. Unfortunately this location is the only tanning place conveniently located for me, so if I ever need a spray tan this will be where I have to go. Which I will avoid when possible. It seems to me they would have charged me monthly until I asked not to be. Definitely do not recommend. I also think it would behoove them to hire some girls that actually know how to handle customers appropriately. I’ve worked in customer service jobs for 10 years so I’m pretty patient but people who just stare blankly at you don’t make for great customer service jobs.

worst. spraytan. ever. I turned green after my spray which I figured would go away, while most came off I still had a few green patches after showering. My hands and arms are completely orange while the rest of my body is pale. I am not a happy camper. However the staff is nice so probably a good place to use the beds I would just stay FAR away from the spray tans.

I got my second spray tan here for Prom. I live a little far away so it had to plan out to be able to come. I got there and it was clean and organized. The ladies working were very welcoming and helpful. I had an appointment at 5:20 and got in right away. My spray tan lady was very nice and talkative she made the while experience fun and worth going to. Here’s my problem. I waited 3 hours after my tan to shower like she told me. And once I got out of my shower the tan lines were gone and the tan was no longer visable. I am very disappointed because my prom will be tomorrow and I have no time to get a tan and be tan for my prom pictures which was my whole goal. So I went and spent all this money to get a tan that lasted 3 hours.

The only reason why I like this place is because I can book my reservations online at the three different locations and the Venetian spray tan color is great. However, I’m not sure If it’s just me but I thought air brushing is supposed to last a good week. Once I shower after 13 hours,(which is a bizarre amount of time to have to wait to shower especially since they only spray from 4−7pm so makes it impossible to go out not smelling like tan or looking like you just got a spray tan.) I notice a lot of my color comes off and within a few days I have to go spray again. I signed up for unlimited spray tan for 6 months and now I wish I would have just kept my At the Beach membership because I can spray tan whenever I want during the day and it stays on longer than airbrush at this place. Some of the employees also seem inexperienced and don’t personally make me feel special or grateful for me being there. I would recommend elsewhere.
