Thought I would try again. 5 people behind the counter 4 people in front of me and it took almost 20 mins to order! Burrito was so small. Looked like they are still skimping. Guy was scraping all the bins for toppings. It was sad when I walked out and saw all the blank stares of folks tired of waiting. What ever manager took this place over is running it into the ground at record speed. From other reviews it seems others feel the same. I contacted corporate and never heard back

Manager politely took care of my problem. Appreciate the fix and kindness. Good flavored and different appeal from Chipotle.

Understaffed, line is filthy, and they are almost always out of what you want if you go in the evening. One time I was inside and they actually closed the doors behind me two hours early because they ran out of meat. Whoever runs this store should be fired immediately.

I love Qdoba… but not this location. Horrible management, understaffed. Came in today. Very busy. 4 staff behind counter. Halfway through my wait 2 went into the back, never returned while I was there. Ice tea machine was full of water only. Never saw anyone working to make additional tea.

This Qudoba is horrible. I have never had a good experience here. My husband likes qudoba, so we keep coming back. Not after tonight. I love qudoba fajita vegetables, but of the 5 times I have been here, they have been raw 4of the 5 times due to lack of planning. Tonight, no rice, no steak, no sour cream, no fajita vegetables. This location is poorly run and I will not return.

Had the following convo with the guy and girl at the counter… Me: I’ll have a pork quesadilla Him: sour cream, guacamole, pico on the side? Me: yes, but can I have hot salsa, not pico Him:(proceeds to put hot salsa in the quesadilla) to go? Me: for here please Counter girl: to go? Me: for here please Handed a soggy quesadilla to go with itty bitty sides of sour cream and guacamole. Lesson to learned put away your phone and pay attention to what they are doing. Quesadilla was gross and I threw half away.

This place is consistently slow and good luck getting a burrito that doesn’t spill out on your lap. On my visit today they got surly when I wanted more than one entrée and then overcharged me.

Deserves no stars !!! I gave Qdoba a try after I posted my review 3 mos ago regarding how nasty everything was. I was hoping that in the last three months they cleaned up their act… Nope, it’s worse than ever. It’s gone downhill. There has been a change of management, and I’m not sure exactly how low the new standards are… Today The restaurant was full of flies, and food all over the entire floor. No more please, no more!!! There were five male employees working. Not one of them was doing anything but getting himself a drink at the drink machine and one was outside smoking. No trip to the bathroom on his way in. I always wonder if there’s a sink in the kitchen area that they use, because it seems like they immediately return to the counter to help customers? I just got a bottle of refrigerated soda and left. I will never be back this place, as it is extremely filthy. Yes, the employees are not the ones making the mess in the dining room, the customers are, but the employees are certainly not cleaning up the dining room tables chairs and floor full of food, nowhere clean to sit. Had to leave.

I was at this Qdoba the other night and witnessed the manager and some staff members harass a couple of customers to the point that they were clearly upset by the time they left. The Lone Tree location might be a better option

Terrible experience. Food tasted old. Beans were not cooked thoroughly. Ice cold on the inside. Watched the guy that handles tortillas walk back and do to stuff in the kitchen wearing gloves and not switch them out to new ones. Place used to be good, not sure what happened.

I do like Qdoba’s food better than Chipotle… however at this particular location the people are not friendly and totally rush you through the line. The manager was very passive aggressive when we tried to use a coupon that wasn’t working on our phone, he kept telling the cashier guy that most people print them off. He said this probably like 5 times. Ok dude we get it however if you have any kind of customer service skills you will honor the coupon and not be rude about it. How this person ever got into the management position is beyond me. I would be so embarrassed if my managers treated any of my customers like that. Like I said I like Qdoba but we will be going to a different location from now on.

Felt like trying a spot different than Chipotle and was not impressed. $ 8 for a quesadilla that was blah, chicken had no flavor and pico needed acid and salt. Service was good though.

I have avoided this place for a while now. I am giving it two stars as my wife hasn’t really had a bad experience from it, but I myself have only been there twice. Both times I ended up chewing on a hair in my burrito. The first time I though it was just a mistake and no big deal, but when I went a second time and experienced the same issue, I realized I should probably just avoid this restaurant.

Love the food here! A while back I mentioned to the manager that there is a uncovered electrical outlet in the wall where you wait in line. It is low to the ground right at the level of a toddler. My daughter almost stuck her fingers in it. Wonder why they haven’t fixed this issue everytime we go in. Seems like a accident waiting to happen. Oh well I guess they have good insurance.

Glad we have this as a late night eats option in Parker. This is my husbands fav for a fast-non-drive-thru meal. Occasionally, however, I must say — in the late evening the food looks a little… um… tired. But if you are there during the day, they stay hopping so everything is hot and fresh. Nice friendly staff and more healthy than traditional fast food.

Depending on when you visit the food is really fresh and delicious. The queso chicken burrito is to die for!

We’re avid fans of Chipotle but were told by a friend that Qdoba was better so we decided to give it a shot. Sorry, we’re not impressed but rather disappointed. They skimp on portions, didn’t have lettuce(unless we just were not offered any), and charged extra for vegetables(Chipotle does not). Employees weren’t friendly but rushed us through the line even though there wasn’t a line(this can happen at Chipotle). Maybe their«thing» is their nachos and we should have tried that. Either way, we won’t be back. Chipotle here we come!!!

Love the queso burritos!!! This place is generally quick to get in-get the food-and get out. Wish they had an app like Chipotle but they put out solid food.

I posted this review for Chipotle cuz I am now boycotting them, but it’s a good testament to Qdoba, whom still only charges me $ 1.80 for a pintos and cheese burrito for my kids! Love Qdoba! Copied from Chipotle review: Ok, I am updating my previous review of Chipotle because I recently had a terrible experience there and I am now boycotting this franchise, but particularly this one location, in Parker. I have always gotten just pintos and cheese burritos for my kids when we go. They are often big enough that the little ones can even share. I am usually charged for just a side of beans and cheese, which equates out to less than $ 2.00. Pretty good deal for kids that are splitting a big burrito! I was always a fan… then one night I took the kids before we went to a movie, since it’s across the street. I ordered the same as I always do(I am a creature of habit there) and normally it costs me about $ 15.00. This evening the guy says it’s $ 27. something… huh!?? Are you sure you have the right order? I look at the receipt he hands me and it turned out he charged me for each kids’ burrito(the boys got their own and the girls shared one) $ 4.25! The guy charged me for a LARGE quesadilla AND a side of beans… each! Seriously? I told him I was sorry, but I had to take issue with this charge for a large quesadilla. Especially when it had never, never been charged that way before and because I watched them… they put WAY more cheese into a quesadilla! He said that’s the way they charge for pintos and cheese now. I told him normally I pay for a side of beans with cheese, but he didn’t care and just wanted to argue with me about it. I left feeling so damned ripped off and pissed that he had this«I don’t give a shit» attitude. I swear that I will never go to that Chipotle again… Qdoba right up the street is a far better choice. I like their food better anyway. Unfortunately the Chipotle is more convenient for the movie theater, but I don’t care… I am sticking to it. My hubby suggested that we go there not long ago and I refused… we went to Qdoba instead. I feel better about not being ripped off there and I earn free food with my Qdoba card. :-)

I have had a shaky relationship with Qdoba in general. It is a burrito bar like Chipotle, and I learned to love Chipotle first. Today, after many tries, I have learned to love Qdoba as well. The secret was that Qdoba is not Chipotle and I will not like the same food at both restaurants. I went for a standard chicken burrito today, rather than a fajita burrito. It was really good. I don’t know why I don’t like the fajita burritos are Qdoba, but the standard«beans & rice» burrito is the cat’s pajamas. The reason I kept coming back to Qdoba was for the queso. Sweet Mother of Texas, that bucket of melted cheese must have crack in it as well. I usually leave Qdoba having eaten so many queso laden chips that they poke the inside of my belly like a sea urchin. The Parker location is easy to find, but the parking is usually scarce near meal times. There are a lot of other restaurants in this area(in particular Heidi’s Deli) with customers fighting for parking spots. I would give it 5 stars if they would just put a «u» in the name after the«Q» like every other Q-word in the English language.
