I was referred to The Blind and Shutter Store by my coworker who had also purchased his shutters from them. Pat was so great to work with and extremely patient in helping me decide what size, type, and style of shutters I wanted. He answered all of my questions so I could make the best choice for all 13 of my windows. Seeing the different types in his store was also a huge help and he never rushed me through. I actually found a slightly cheaper quote by another local company, but Pat had been so great to work with so after checking the numbers he was able to price match that if I paid upfront (credit cards included), and that sealed the deal. He provided a free set of temporary shades as I waited the weeks for my shutters to come in, and the installation technician was very polite when he arrived and worked through all the rooms. I could not be happier with how they look. They are wonderful and make the house look beautiful, especially during certain hours of the day when sun beams shine through them. I’m so glad with this purchase and in choosing The Blind and Shutter Store. They have excellent customer service and I know I am in good hands through the life of this product, and many years to come.
