Always clean inside. Consistently good sandwiches. Nice staff. What’s not to like? Parking can be a bit tight.

This location pretty much shocked me with this experience. A few of us decided on having subs for dinner and we usually go to the location on Glades Rd but we’re a bit closer to this location so we gave it a shot, we were taking the subs to go back to our house and eat where others were waiting for us. Upon walking in there were 2 employees behind the counter. We ordered(4) GIANT Philly cheesesteaks and the employee actually rolled his eyes and seemed pissed off that we were ordering a large-ish order. The other guy after hearing the order, walked into the back and disappeared and didn’t help the other one with the order, now it wasn’t busy but to leave one person to do the work when they were just standing around when we came in, doesn’t seem right. I seriously will not be back as the attitude here was horrible. Much better experiences at the other locations.

Fantastic cheese steaks. Jersey Mikes Subs has an awesome cheese steak. It’s very flavorful & well assembled. It’s definitely worth the money. We had the Big Kahuna Cheese Steaks. You have to try one.

If you place an online order and pay ahead, you are still expected to wait in the long line. Why even place an order ahead of time if their going to make you wait in the regular line?

Jersey Mike’s Roast Beef is better than everyone else’s. The sandwiches here are the best.. Fresh ingredients, good bread and they make it exactly the way you want it.

It’s not fine dining — but for a sandwich shop, it’s fresh good and yummy. Brings back memories of growing up in jersey. Low carb diet? Order your sub in a «tub». All of the ingredients in a plastic takeout container. Good option for the health conscience.

Nice surprise. Much better than subway and the staff was very friendly. The TV with the football game on was a nice addition.

I’m pretty simple, I had the turkey breast with Swiss cheese. I had it made Mike’s way and it’s honestly the best way. Aside from the amazing subs they offer, the customer service is impeccable. They really do treat people with respect and are very helpful. I’d come back for the great service alone. The restaurant itself is as clean as can be and very well taken care of. I’m not a big review writer but I do believe in giving credit where credit is due. They are phenomenal.

My family eat here at least twice a week. It’s the best. Fresh food always. The staff is always friendly and I love the points and I get free subs all the time with the points. I’ll never goto Subway again.

Been to the Parkland location about four times, always ordering the regular Philly or the Big Kahuna. For sure, the food quality is quite good, both the meat and the bread. So why don’t I give it 5 stars: (1) Hey, its a cheesesteak, not sure I would give any such place 5 stars. (2) Diet Pepsi instead of Diet Coke, that’s –½ star in my book. (3) The attitude of the staff is, for the most part, nonchalant, I-don’t-give a-hoot because-I’m-a-teenager-biding-time-til-I-get-a-real-job… The first time I went in, the girl took my order then went in the back room to text or whatever. Another time I went in at 8:45 and they had run out of white sub rolls. This restaurant formula(pay teens as little as I can get away with) is often death for many startup establishments in S. Florida, where there are too many choices, and quality food alone may not be enough(example is Firehouse Subs which have already come and gone in many S. Florida locations). However, I also saw the owner a couple of times, once he was sort of friendly, the next time he ignored me and everyone around him, even a cop that came in. It was clear that the principle«your customer is your best asset» was not practiced here. Hey, I’m not overly dependent on patronizing behavior but at least a basic amount of friendliness would help. I mean, I will probably come back here eventually, but in the meantime I will try Sublicious or the MamaMia Italian restaurant at the Coral Creek plaza. Update July 13: I bumped them up from 3 to 4 stars because they sent me two coupons for free giant subs in the last 3 weeks! Have to admit the subs are quite good.

Great sub! I like their turkey and provolone sub as well as their tuna sub. I also enjoyed their spicy pepper sauce that was spicy but not too spicy! Great new East Parkland location which is convenient when I am in the area. It is located on 441 and Hillsboro right next to Starbucks. A good change from Subway!

Lured in with a free lunch card, I decided I’d give Jimmy John’s rival a shot. I wonder if Jimmy and Mike are friends. I was between the tuna or turkey sandwhich, leaning more toward the tuna, until I saw that turkey is one of their most popular. I had a regular sub on white with turkey, lettuce, onion, tomato and light mayo. I noticed while the girl was making my sub that all of the veggies were very bright in color which to me means über fresh. The manager was very sweet making conversation about my weekend while I waited for my sub to be prepared; I enjoyed the personable service. With my sub came the choice of chips or cookies, cookies win every time and a fountain soda. Returning to the office and opening my sub I was shocked at the size. I have free lunch for two days, pretty cool! The sub itself was pretty comparable in taste to JJ’s. I am only slightly more partial to the bread at JJ’s, but the meat and veggies at Jersey Mike’s is noticably fresh. The cookie was a little too doughy for me, I like a little crunch, but to me there is really no such thing as a bad cookie. I can’t give a clear winner to Jimmy or Mike as they are close in comparison, but I can say, you can’t lose with a sub from either place.

Considering all the delicious sub sandwich shops throughout South Florida, Jersey Mike’s falls short. I think this might be because chains often sacrifice quality ingredients to improve profit margins. Recently, Jersey Mike’s has started to expand, adding numerous locations throughout the area and making their presence well known through advertisement. I’m happy they’ve come to Parkland, adding a little more diversity to the ghostly strip malls. I don’t mind coming here when I’m looking for something quick and close, but when I’m looking for a great sandwich, I’ll go elsewhere.
