Tanya catered my Yule dinner last night. We were treated to an amazing pork loin in a sherry sauce, wonderful broccoli and rice and fall vegetable mélange. The meal was fantastic. Where this chef really shines, though, is in her desserts. A platter piled with carrot cake cupcakes, glazed gingerbread, pumpkin and banana bread, and shortbread made all of us ooh and ah. Everything was moist and perfectly spiced. Tanya also did a great job both seeing up and taking down, and was a pleasure to have at our event. This chef is big on talent and personality. I recommend her and her products (she makes amazing preserves and cocoa mixes) whole heartedly.

I’ve had Epicuria cater 3 events for me now (including my wedding this last weekend) and I’m always amazed at how awesome the food is, and how easy Tanya makes it to get the menu figured out, and for the meals to go off without a hitch.
Well, mostly without a hitch. Inevitably the food is too good, and so I end up overeating, so I have to keep hitching up my pants since they never fit quite right after her delicious meals!
The desserts are especially worth noting, as no matter how full the meals make you, they taste so good that you inevitably find a way to get some more packed in your tummy. :D

I have known Tanya for years and her cooking and baking skills are superlative. She works very hard and gets some great results. I have attended a number of large events that she has catered tasting the goodness firsthand.

Tanya’s skillz are leet and her food is tasty – the Weighted Cakepanion Cube alone is worth all the awards. :D
