The first cookies delivered did not look like the website at all however they helped me and sent me photos of the re-​done cookies and then re-​delivered the new ones. The follow up was great and even though I was disappointed in the first cookies I now am very happy with the new ones!

Over 100 bucks to have some broken, shoddy cookies delivered to a friend in a Baltimore Hospital. They were decorated so badly that she asked if my daughters and I had made them for her. I know this doesn’t say much about my decorating skills, «but, hey» this is why I was willing to pay $ 100 to have 7 decorated and one dozen plain sugar cookies made and delivered. Very very very disappointed. Everyone DID get a laugh at how awful they were. So, I guess that’s something.

Placed an order for Valentines Day Cookies, mind you $ 80 for 7 cookies, they mispelled the most important word on the cookies. Really? Called the store was put off, had to call the corportate office twice to get any response. The owner has a girl call me (guess he could not take the time of day to call a paying customer) and give me a 5% discount. what an insult I was not really even looking for a discount just an apoligy would of done it. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY

Didn’t even need to try the cookies. when I got to the payment section, I was informed the delivery fee would be $ 25!!! And that wasn’t for same day — I was completely flexible on when they could arrive. That’s about 50% of what I would have paid for the actual cookie display! I love Cookies by Design stuff, but will be taking my orders elsewhere for this region.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! These cookies were nothing like they looked like on the website and frosting was all over the outside edges. They were a day late and delivered to the wrong house without verifying name. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Oh my, what a dissappointment! Walk in and see all these cute cookies made up into adorable bouquets, but they taste like week old grocery store cookies at best. They were hard, dry, and tasteless! I bought one for my daughter and one for my son and spent $ 15.00 on TWO cookies! I was expecting so much more for that kind of money.
