Pizza Hut

Let’s start with the good first… got the fries there for the first time just for the heck of it and they were actually pretty good and seasoned well. More importantly the pizza… tried the new artisan pizzas and they were actually really good.
Now for the not so good…1) parking lot wasn’t well lit 2) place was pretty empty when I got there except for a party of 8 – 10 ppl. They left soon after I got there but their table wasn’t cleaned up for almost an hr. 3) took forever to get our order even though there was only 1 or 2 other groups dining in. 4) there was one poor guy taking the orders and bringing the food out while at least 6 other employees just fooled around and talked by the kitchen. Most of them seemed like young high school kids. But that’s no excuse. No reason for such slow service with so many people working and not that many customers. 5) dining area was overall dirty, broken/​messed up tables, light fixtures that weren’t working or mismatched, and layers of dirt on the blinds you could see.
Don’t think I could back to this place again.

Just do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from here. In fact you are better off not eating at all then to eat from here.
This place can be best described as a hot mess.
Ordered online– pizza was still not ready.
Ordered online-​pizza had no toppings.
And the worker became sarcastic. Just lost a good customer.

Placed an order in advance at 2:15pm to pick up at 7pm for dinner… Believe it or not when I arrived it was not ready… He said it would be another 5 minutes and added wings to the order…
Some people came in to place order with minimum waits of 15 minutes… Plus a guy there was waiting over 10 minutes and when they finally gothim his order they forgot his breadsticks…
The dining area is another story… It was not clean… There were at least two tables that were not clean off at all…
One of the worst Pizza Hut locations ever…

Felt like I walked into the Twilight Zone. Waitress gave us free sodas and 5 piece cheese sticks as well as her own monthly employee $ 10 discount on our check… We’re still not sure why because it was completely unprompted. She was super nice (I believe her nametag said «Hind» as her name but I could be wrong) and went above and beyond with her service to us. Never thought I’d be giving 5 stars to a local Pizza Hut, but I totally «loved it».

Chain food is chain food. The worst part about this place is the grade school kids that work here. They honestly don’t care one bit about what they are doing. Had numerous orders messed up and had to point it out to them after interrupting their gossip party behind the register. Need to hire some adults with pride in what they do.

Absolutely horrible. When we arrived for lunch and were the ONLY guests, we should’ve known that something wasn’t right. The menu is extremely limited. It advertises salad, but the waitress said that the restaurant stopped selling salad because nobody was buying it. Really??? So my low carb friend just ordered wings. Out came 8 very dry microwaved wings. She asked for the usual celery and that accompanies most buffalo wing orders. Nope. No celery either. I ordered the person pan pizza and it was not good at all.
Do not waste your money on this place. It is truly «YUCK»!

This pizza is garbage I rather eat the dead animals on the streets
