Very Very Very Disappointing customer service. I have placed the same order 3 different times and it was messed up 3 different times. Unfortunately you won’t even compensate me for my patience. I drove 90 miles to get the wrong item, How sad and now they want to not reimburse me for my mistake… Now I get to leave this review

My salesman, Joe, greeted me with a smile and provided me with courteous, top notch service. As I am a repeat customer to this store, I expected and received outstanding service. All my questions were satisfactorily answered and I was in and out in 15 minutes. My delivery was scheduled for the very next day, even though it was Sunday of Memorial weekend. As promised, the delivery man called to let me know he was on his way. He and his co-​worker were prompt, courteous and executed the job in less than 15 minutes! I was extremely pleased with my purchase from start to finish. I purchased sheets, a bed liner, queen size mattress, box spring, and frame without any difficulty. Furthermore, I was able to take advantage of the sales promotions. I highly recommend this Sleepy’s location as you will receive expert, prompt, courteous service with expeditious, hassle free delivery of your bedding! Thank you Sleepy’s! A+
