Deluxe Spa Hilton

Tried Deluxe Spa when Groupon had a promotion for a hot stone massage. The Spa, changing, and waiting areas are a bit small but the massage from Mary was absolutely fantastic. I am usually awkward when going for a massage but Mary made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She worked out all the tension in my neck and shoulders and gave an amazing massage overall. Definitely would recommend booking her if you need some relaxation.

I’ve been here a few times and want to like it, but don’t. The gal who works Saturdays seems «out of it» for the most part. The place appears to be a nice find but honestly the service is hit or miss depending on the therapist you agree to. I wish their promotions were more consistent. They up & change things last minute which makes me want to try someplace else. You used to get more perks in the past. This place may be destined to close soon. If you cheap out on your customers, there are other spas that will give you more bang for your buck.

Awesome experience! One of the best Massages I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is very relaxing; perfect for anyone staying at the hotel and just wants to de stress.

Booked a couples massage while staying at the Westminster hotel. Westminster does not have a couples room so we had to go to Hilton hotel in parsippany. I had janette who was amazing. My husband had Raj– who decided it was best to give him a deep tissue massage (maybe because he was a man)? Although my husband told her a couple times it was too rough– and she kept telling him to relax (he was tensing up bc he was in pain) she didn’t let up on the roughness. Between that and her heavy breathing and coughing, my husband came out the massage in pain and stressed. Front desk was very nice. Not sure of the location though… While I was showing and getting dressed– children were playing right outside of the window. I wasn’t sure if they could see in so I rushed. Not sure if I would go back– I wish janette was in a different location because I def would book with her again.

I am so glad I found Deluxe Spa! I hosted a bachelorette spa day here this past weekend and everything was just perfect. The spa coordinator, Claudine, is amazing. From the first time I contacted her to the moment I walked out she was extremely helpful and patient. When I arrived to the spa the day of the party, she helped me set up some decorations and favors that I brought with me. The spa is very cozy and welcoming. They keep the lighting nice and low and soothing music plays throughout.
Our party was a group of nine women. We had the spa to ourselves as they let us use both locker rooms and the large private room for parties. They provide robes and slippers. With the party package we chose, each person had the option of a facial or massage. I chose the one hour massage. It was so nice. Renee really is the best! I was completely relaxed and at ease. Every single guest raved about their services.
The party package also included a champagne toast and a fruit platter with fondue. I ordered extra food to go along with it and everything was really good. The spa only allows one champagne toast. They provide tea, cucumber water, and cider. Any additional alcohol must be provided by the Hilton. I thought the toast was enough considering we had a day party and it was only a few hours.
We also had access to the Hilton facilities for the day. This includes a fitness facility, indoor pool, and whirlpool. The Hilton also has an outdoor pool but it was winter so obviously it was closed. Our party stayed overnight but you do not need to stay in order to enjoy these services. We dined at Ruth’s Chris for dinner which is also inside the Hilton.
A huge thank you again to Claudine, Liz, Renee, and all of the staff at Deluxe Spa. Thank you for making this spa party one to remember!

Renee is an awesome massage therapist, highly recommend. Westminster is kind of a no-​frills outpost so if you’re looking for full spa ambience be sure to book at the Hilton. I like Westminster because it’s closer to home, quiet and less fussy. Great specials and promotions, too.

Just enjoyed a fabulous massage with Mary once again. The spa is beautifully appointed and the products are great. Looking forward to a return visit in a few weeks.

I purchased Groupon Massage w/​hot stone and scrub and facial for both myself and mother. I NEVER write reviews, but this place is a hidden gem.
Hidden inside the Hilton, which itself is suspect, the spa is beautifully decorated and emits aromatherapy that in itself am purchasing. Nice massage & facial, great atmosphere and service was exceptional.
Would definitely try it again.

I purchased a deal on living social for a spa mani/​pedi with hot stone massage, foot scrub and a glass of champagne. First, The spa mani/​pedi was mediocre to say the least. They don’t even remove callus properly. There’s nothing else to classify this service as a spa level service. They don’t even massage you much. I’ve had better experiences in the local nail salons. Also There are only two chairs in this tiny, dark space. Then, the hot stone massage could hardly be called «hot stone» since the stones were luke warm and it didn’t feel like a massage at all. Finally, they completely left out the foot scrub and champagne. Yes, my mistake for not remembering until I got home, but I tried to contact the spa and they have yet to reply to me. It was way over-​priced for what I got. At $ 55 I expect a lot more than a mani/​pedi I can get in any NYC salon for $ 19.99!
