Dollar Express No 511

Ok so yes they do have GREAT Prices, however, NEVER IN MY LIFE DID I SEE SUCH A FILTHY, DISUSTING STORE. The carpets are disgusting and stained and molded, the merchandising is horrible and looks like they just threw stuff on the shelfs. I don’t Unilocal much but honestly in this case I feel a need too. I spoke with the Manager and told her how disgusted I was, she shook her and said to call corporate. Well I don’t have time to do that, so maybe if they see this they will do something. I even told the Manager to make it the «Dollar 25 Cent Store», and get a staff to take care of the store. I honestly told the manager and her employee that I felt bad for them that they had to go in to work in that type of environment, it is just GROSS. Seriously words cannot describe! I felt like I was in an episode of «Restaurant Impossbile» and they need Robert Irvine to come in and put a sledge hammer to the place! I wll never go back into that store ever again, I do not care how good the prices are! I’m afraid I will get a STAFF INFECTION or something! UGH HORRIBLLLLLLLE!!!

Killer deals on some decent crap, organized, and even though it was crazy busy when I was there, the lines moved really quickly.

I’ve been to many a dollar store in my day, but this place has got some AWESOME finds. Case número uno. My current plates and bowls are from here. I actually bought a set from Bed, Bath and Beyond around the same time. $ 40 for 16 pieces at Bed Bath. and $ 16 (plus Jerz tax) for 16 pieces at the Dollar Store! Both sets are still kicking (minus the ones I dropped while I was moving and tripped and fell on an uneven sidewalk) after almost 2 years and several trips into the dishwasher.
Otherwise, your standard dollar store. I’ve never purchased any of their food products (and probably never will), so I can’t vouch for that stuff. Definitely hit up this place during the holidays and save yourself some MAJOR moola on lights, cards, decorations, etc!
