There was a baby crying/screaming in the back area, one employee was watching the baby I guess because the other was hustling up front. Kind of weird !! The ice tea machine was empty but the place was too busy for me to go back in line. Bunch of half made sandwiches just sitting there in the front too. The girl was rushing(to get back to the baby?) and globbed too much sauce on my wrap! Ew. I like jersey mikes but this seemed like a bad day for them.

Probably my fav sub shop so far. It would be five stars if they offered free wifi, last time I checked there isn’t. The décor screams out Jersey shore. I’m surprised there aren’t more of them around. Sandwiches are loaded with meat and aren’t overpowered/drowning in sauce.(cough cough) Subway and Quiznos… I’ve been to a few locations around Jersey and one in South Carolina and equality is consistently good.

3.5 stars really but feeling generous. Decent subs here and the footlong is really a footlong. It’s not like the crap subway sells. Anyhoo, they have good customer service. It’s a little dirty though. No one behind the counter really comes out to clean the mess in the tables and chairs.

All right so it’s located in a strip mall down from the Tara. All right so it’s part of a number of other franchises with the same name. What makes this one different is that the service staff does a terrific job in responding to customer needs wishes and whims. I visited the other day and pat and Adam took care of me. My sandwich was very good on freshly baked bread and had appropriate amounts of cheese meat and the other glop that I specifically requested. All of the boys working that day were responsive and helpful and cheerful. This is a great spot to go if you’re looking for a hero sandwich in a very clean environment.

Fantastic subs, great people. I’ve had Jersey Mikes subs and catering, so if you want 6 inches or 5 feet I can tell you what to expect! They use really fresh ingredients, taste tested, I dont know where they get their meats/cheeses/toppings from specifically! Whether ordering a single meal or a monster sandwich for a party, they know how to put together a stack of pure amazing. Recently they may have been skimping on the meat a little bit, but I would still suggest them as some of the best subs in NJ or beyond!

Good subs but they overcharged me 3 different times. have had both the turkey and provolone and the philly cheesesteak and quality of their subs better than subway and blimpie. Bread is much better than the other guys. Their prices are higher though. And I have been overcharged 3 different visits here — is it incompetence or on purpose? make sure you get a receipt!

Big Kahuna cheesesteak is delicious! Meaty, cheesy, and spicy… what more could one ask for? Combined with the rosemary bread, it’s one flavorful filling sub. I also really enjoy the Italian sub, Mike’s Way. Freshly sliced meats layered nicely with a bed of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, oregano, banana peppers, and oil/vinegar on rosemary bread– can’t go wrong with that!

Nothing special. Just OK. Chicken Parma and turkey sub were decent. Not really worth the added price over subway.

Great subs. This place kills Subway. Sliced to order meats and cheeses. Really friendly staff. More than 1 option for cheese(looking at you Jimmy Johns)! Sub club points go to free food, which is great. Stop giving Subway your business! If you have to drive out of your way to get to Jersey Mikes it won’t matter because it’ll be worth it.

I have eaten alot of subs in my day. The majority in New Jersey. My favorite all time place to grab a sub is Just Subs in Hillsborough, NJ. Usually nothing beats their subs. Nothing. Jersey Mikes is a close second. It is very impressive being a chain. The staff is so fast(unless you get a warm sub which takes a bit longer) and very friendly. The best thing you could do for yourself is call ahead and pick up. They even started a rewards program for those who come often. They have many locations popping up all over the place so the rewards system is a very useful tool. My favorite subs are the cheesesteaks, the tuna sub, and the club sub. I always get a regular and down the entire thing in 10 minutes. The price is very reasonable. Coming around lunch time can be hectic, especially in the Parsippany, NJ chain so if you plan on grabbing a seat and eating in, come a little before noon. Jersey Mikes knows good subs.

Service is spectacular. Unfortunately their business is not. Two 10%+ price hikes across the entire menu in the last two years = 20% inflation. My raise is barely 2−3% a year. A Club Sub regular + chips(no drink!) now costs MORE than $ 10. I can get a full meal at Fuddrucker’s for that price!

Sandwiches are good but way too often the line is long and it takes for ever to move. They should be making the phone orders in the back instead of holding up the in store customers.

I live right around the corner so I stop in here randomly. The guys that work there are always super friendly and are up beat which usually says something about the restaurant. There is nothing worse then walking into a restaurant and knowing they hate the fact that you just walked in. The deli meat is cut on the spot, the toppings are fresh. What more can you ask for? The restaurant is clean, the tv’s usually have sports(which is great for lunch… a little time to kick back) and the sodas have free refills. The food is priced a bit higher then say a place like Subway or Blimpe… but that would be like comparing your steak from IHOP to a steak you bought at Ruth Chris…

Jersey mikes! Everybody knows Jersey Mike’s. If you don’t you should get here. Newer location in a strip mall. Store is clean and well staffed for size of locAtion. Few booths and a few tables. Gets packed at lunch. Such a large variety of subs to order, hot and cold. Three sizes. Mini, regular and giant. I had the roast beef And provolone. Split the giant size with a co worker. Delicious. Roast beef was very fresh and tasty. White sub roll very fresh. Nice for lunch

I was driving through Jersey to get to a wedding in Indiana and wanted to try Jersey Mike’s at a pit stop. This one is a bit off the path, but follow the signs and you’ll find them in the middle of a beautiful residential neighborhood. Super sweet guys that work here. I was a first timer and they were really patient with me and my order. It got done quickly and during the lunch crowd, no less. I got a famous Philly cheesesteak on whole wheat. Super yum! Hands down, best Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had. But then again, I am from Hawaii where cheesesteaks are pretty lame… Hope I pass through again!

I was referred here by a co worker, I had never heard of them and didn’t realize it was a chain. Walking in you order like any other sandwich place, they put your meats on, you customize the toppings, pay, and go. Whenever I try a new sandwich joint I judge them on their tuna salad. I will say that their meats were sliced fresh for each sandwich. I was impressed with this detail. Service was fast and friendly and the sandwich was quite affordable. Cost a bit more then a five dollar footlong but the quality of food was much higher. The tuna was good. Not great but good. Not sure if its made in house or if they purchase it but I found it to be a bit salty. Bread was flakey and held up well and the toppings were fresh. Ill be back to try their famous Italian sub and because I really enjoyed my experience

For years, I stayed extremely loyal to a local spot in my hometown for getting my sub fix on, but Jersey Mike’s has managed to sway me from it. My curiosity grew each time I drove past signs pointing me towards a Jersey Mike’s or when my co-workers ordered from here each week. Getting it «Mike’s Way»(w lettuce, tomatoes, onions, spices and«the juice») is highly recommended. I got the Turkey Breast and Provolone Mike’s Way and it was perfect, ‘cept it messed with me trying out this whole«portion control» thing. I beasted the loaded 7-inch sub all in one sitting. The meat and cheese are both very thinly-sliced, but they layer both on quite high. And the best part? This meal only cost me $ 7.00. SUH-WEET stuff! You can order online and then just skip the line and head straight for the register when you arrive(since you’re picking up).
