This mechanic doubled the price of the first repair (timing belt & water pump) I had done there from $ 750 to $ 1500, while keeping my car for a week. Within weeks, my car started having the same problem, and another mechanic diagnosed the initial repair as being done incorrectly (belts not tightened properly). In the mean time, my car needed a 2^nd repair (motor mount). After this repair was done, my car continued to have the same problems. When I took it in to have the loose belts taken care of, the mechanic informed me that another motor mount needed to be replaced (in plain vision, easy for anyone to see), and had absolutely no explanation as to why the repair wasn’t completed fully when I brought it in previously. His only response was a smirk and a head shake.
