No sign out front. Drove past it repeatedly. It’s a little place, hidden behind a bedding store.
Got to listen to them argue with a customer. Both sides had good points, but they didn’t show any interest in customer satisfaction, repeat business, nor the pileup of other customers behind that one. It would have been wiser to eliminate the charge they were arguing about and move on to the current customers…
Tiny office, lots of waiting customers (don’t know how they all found the place).
Waited in line about an hour for our reserved truck. Friendly, just busy, and the one guy at the counter was on the slow side.
All in all, if I lived nearby I’d drive to the next store over rather than use this one again.
