The most offensive customer service experience I’ve ever had. The manager didn’t even have the decency to respond to my email with an apology. I will be contacting the national customer service line also… and never returning to this location.

Horrible customer service experience. I will never recommend this store to any body. Derek there, in my opinion should be fired. I called AT&T national customer service and complained about this store and this Derek.
