I went in yesterday to upgrade to a new iPhone and expected to pay over $ 300 for my new phone and accessories before walking in the door. When I arrived, I was greeted by Jonathon at the door who immediately began offering me great customer service. After talking with Jonathon, he was able to provide me with exactly what I was looking for and at a much better deal. I walked away from the store with a brand new iPhone and accessories with barely making a dent in my wallet.
The entire store had a very friendly and professional feel, but I can only speak of my customer experience with Jonathon. I would definitely recommend you ask for him if you’re thinking about visiting this location as my experience couldn’t have been easier.

I personally didn’t like this location as when I was in the parking lot most people can careless about letting pedestrians cross. Not much parking spots. One between a big truck and a car; they parked on the line or you can either park between two cop cars. Uh, no I’m good! I walk inside and no one greeted me. No one assisted me. I had to walk up to the desk and ask this nonchalant guy. I told him what I was there to pay my phone bill and the guy didn’t even know how much I owed though he had my account pulled up on his iPad and he acting dumbfounded. I told him I usually pay what I owe which is $ 45 with taxes added in its $ 49. He asked if that’s what I wanted on the account and I said well that’s what I always put on. I paid and left. The staff here isn’t friendly nor helpful. They got staff in the back peeking through the window to see if anybody here. I guess they don’t wanna work. This location is a joke! Two stars because I was able to pay with cash.

I was having issues with my iPhone battery and wanted to do an early upgrade. Jonathan was awesome, helped me find the exact phone I wanted after asking him a million questions. He was very knowledgeable on all products and made life easy. Great customer service at this store.

I am a regular customer of Verizon and have had a few issues since the time when I just started using it. This particular Verizon store is very slow and you can spend hours in line to speak with the representative. I love the cellular service they provide but they should improve their store management.

My iphone6 went dead after three weeks of use. Had to drop by this location twice to troubleshoot issues which they were not able to resolve. They wouldn’t replace it until it went dead in their hands. Instead of replacing it on the spot for me they said my replacement would be mailed. We paid out of our pocket to have them expedite and overnight. The rep confirmed everything was good to go. I have yet to receive anything in the mail 5 days later. It was not overnighted but instead sent via USPS. The tracking shows no update in the past two days. Very disappointed in their service especially since the rep said verizon«would take care of us». None of the reps(had contact with three of them) seemed to have knowledge of the iphone6 and what kind of common issues it had. Waiting time at the location to get service is also ridiculous.

I recently went to this store out of convenience to my work. My wife shattered her iPhone 4s and desperately needed a new phone. It was 7p after a long day at work and I just needed to buy a new iPhone 5s and get home to my family. From the onset, the salesman was trying to sell be everything under the sun which I didn’t need. He offered a ridiculous plan of $ 27/mo for 24 months which allows an upgrade after 12 months if the phone is in perfect condition. I know how to multiply and that comes to $ 648 over the 24 months or $ 324 after 1y, instead of the standard $ 199. It makes no sense whatsoever and I promptly refused. He then attempted to sell me a warranty for $ 10/mo with a $ 179 deductible. again, it makes no sense. If I needed to replace the phone after 1y it would cost me $ 299 total! He then tried to sell me an accesory«bundle» of overpriced stuff I can get online much cheaper. He then offered me a change in my plan which I agreed to. By this point I had been there an hour for a simple phone purchase I already knew I was getting. He then finally went to get my phone and came back trying to «push» headphones now. I was pretty fed up at this point and just wanted the damn phone. I then heard him tell his supervisor, «he [me] doesn’t what anything… I tried». When I looked over, the rude supervisor was staring me down and giving me a dirty look [taller, young white guy BTW]. I assume he was mad because he didn’t get his $ 5 commission for the extra garbage and I was helping his«sales quotas». In all fairness the salesman was trying to do his job and make some extra money whci I completely understand. There is a fine line between trying to make a sale and pushiness which I have ZERO tolerance for. He was obviously being presurred heavily by his supervisor and I will take that up with corporate [who I know all too well from previous issues]. Overall Verizon’s phone service is great which is why I have kept them for about 10 years. Their customer service on the other hand is definitely subpar.

I had literally the worst customer service experience here ever. I have been with Verizon dating back through their acquired companies since cell phones became a thing for people who were not in «pharmaceutical sales» — the 90s. Long time customer. Not incredibly happy with them, but it was easier to stick with them … until this happened. The holiday crowd was not so bad as I picked this place, a store in the middle of nowhere and with nothing interesting around it, since it would be much less crowded than going to one of the Verizon stores inside the loop. After a brief wait I was«helped» by a young man who was, as the kids on tumblr say, acting like a lil shit to me right off of the bat. I’m an adult and don’t like getting treated that way by peons, especially when I have been a forever customer AND I WASTHERETOBUYSHITINTHEFIRSTPLACE. So I went and talked to his manager. His manager was even ruder, a condescendingly snippy and snarling dragon lady who made such an abysmal impression I ended up walking out and calling Verizon’s customer«service» line to complain about the piss-poor in store experience that Verizon had provided. This store set a record for worst customer service experience ever — and I have been in court with a lady on crack who was trying to stab me and/or my client, and even she was being polite enough about the whole experience. If a cracked out psychotic can muster that level of politeness, you think Verizon store employees and a manager could rise to the same level of basic human decency for a customer trying to buy things. But you would be wrong. Especially at this location in Pasadena. In 2014 you should think about leaving Verizon for T-Mobile like I have done as a result of this offense. They appreciate the business at T-Mobile, like the hooker that is missing a few teeth, you can make their day by saying«Hey, sailor.»

Switched over to Verizon this year and so far everything is going good. I have been to this location twice once for me, once for my dad both times for cell phone damage issues. Upon walking in we were greeted and directed to the correct individual for service. The employees were friendly and very helpful in adresssing our specific needs. Our phones were replaced within 5 minutes and the customer service/technician lines were short. So far so good, i will just have to see what happens if there is a next time — which in my case(considering how harsh i am to my phones) it will be very soon.
