My faith in humanity was restored a few days ago… I want to compliment two supervisors at this store for their honesty and diligent efforts to lead as supervisors to recover a lost item that has sentimental value. My husband left his Gucci glasses in the dressing room while trying on their clothing items.(He ended up purchasing many of them) We were the ONLY customers there(20 minutes before closing time). When he realized, we were across the street eating at a restaurant, he returned to the store but unfortunately it was already closed. I left 2 messages that evening & I called back the next day. The first supervisor Trinny said he would find out if the glasses would be found after I bluntly told him the glasses ARE there because my hubby accidentally left them there. So if it’s not there, then we know an employee TOOK it because the store was empty. We were the only customers there. I had a receipt to show the time. After I wrote it off that the glasses were already long gone, two days later, I got a phone call from the second store supervisor Kahu saying someone brought them back! I told him that I’m going give them both a positive character recommendation on their efforts on Unilocal, contact their corporate office about their good deed & I got them both a Starbucks gift. I was highly doubtful that such a happy ending would occur because It’s rare to recover something that is lost but this incident proves that it is not impossible. Thanks to honest people with good work ethics.

Man this place is cool. I want this as my living room! Look up when you enter this store and you’ll see a moving rack of hanging skateboards circling the shop space. All of them are for sale but I wasn’t going to have the very polite and welcoming sales person take one down. I’d come to check out the pricing on blank decks. They had a few in front for around $ 50 a piece. I don’t know the going rate, so any of you skate enthusiasts take that info as you will. This is, however, mostly a clothing store. If only I was 10 years younger or 10x cooler I could probably pull this style off but I’m more of a Zara man these days. That being said. I’d happily grab a Starbucks, sit myself down on one of the big sofas they have in the middle of the store and enjoy the surf movies they have playing on their 100+” projection screen. Can you pass me a bagel? Parking: the store is at the west end of Colorado in old town. Plenty of parking structures or metered street parking to choose from.
