Bullritos

This place is great. Good food, good people, clean facility, and never crazy busy. I have visited 3 of the bullritos places and this one is my favorite. Keep up the good work and ill keep telling people about how wonderful this place is. Two thumbs up and highly recommended.

Good friendly service. Order was prepared very quickly. Bathrooms were 4 stars. This location is overall clean. There is even a patio area.

great tasting burritos I prefer better than Chipotle, love the cilantro ranch sauce! Have eaten here dozens of times.

Ordered 6 meals to-​go. A man walked out with my order so the clerk chased him to his car to get it. She searched it to me even though he’d had it in his car. I asked her if it was all in the bag untouched and she said yes.
Got home without the whole order. One person at my house ate cereal for dinner. Called for the manager who was too busy and would not take a message to call me back, instead I was told to call back later. Frustrating. When I called back the manager gave excuses rather than an apology. She refunded for the missing meal but declined to refund my entire bill because she needed authorization to do so and refused to call her manager for permission. Told me to call back tomorrow. Now I’m mad!
I contacted the corporate office 6 days ago to share my experience and have yet to hear back. Are you kidding me? Crazy bad customer service. If they’d just started with a sincere apology at the store rather than brushing me off it would have been over.
I’m checking to see what the laws are about serving me food that had been in another customers car. Probably a health code violation.
I repeat… Don’t eat here! Don’t put up with this Bull! (Chipotle is just down the road.)

I love Bulllritos! And I actually think this location is better than the one in La Porte. For me the food beats Chipotle or Freebirds. Super yummy burritos and bowls — give it a try!

I got the chicken quesadillas and they tasted awful. Like rubber crap. The rice was burnt and the beans had an odd taste. I threw the meal away and left. I won’t be back

Ate here on a Monday with my co workers. Got sick on Wednesday… in fact everyone who ate there got sick. Diarrhea, fever, chills… one of us had to go to ER. Called health dept on them. Food was not any good either. Even if it didn’t poison me I’d never go back.

It’s simply not fresh, it’s an overpriced Taco Bell. I have tried it more than once it never gets better. The meat is already cooked and the tortillas are raw. The best thing is that they have a million fountain drinks… It’s best to find somewhere else to eat if your in the mood for tex-​mex.
