All I have to say is that this place has horrible management. They never answer the phone and when I end up going in the office they’re all just sitting there doing nothing. I don’t get why there’s a bunch of other assistant managers yet they can’t do anything without the main guy manager. 1 manager for the whole complex makes no sense to me. This place is horrible and I can’t wait to get out of here.

Bugs. Everywhere. I absolutely hate them, and they just won’t stop coming in from who knows where. Beyond that, it’s not actually a gated community, even though they claim to be. The gate in the front? It’s only for show, it doesn’t actually close. Oh, and the parking lot is filled with pot holes. It’s really freaking annoying. It rained really hard one weekend, and it busted a hole in the roof and started leaking onto my ceiling. Rained hard the next weekend again, and it busted through and started leaking hard, needed a 25 gallon trash can to collect everything. Took them forever to fix it. Would not live here again.
