Falls of Deer Park Apartments

These apartments are horrible. The do not fix any thing. When you report that there is problems it will take months to get anything done.
These apartments are not safe. You can not let your children outside to play. When I look out my back door there is rusted refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves and a water heater rusting. The are supposedly upgrading these apartments and that is why the rent is $ 937 a month for a 3 – 2. There is not upgrades.

Terrible apartment complex. Takes management forever to address issues with your apartment and the maintenance does a half a** job. You should document everything and if you need issues with your apartment fixed you should send in certified letters. Visitor parking is lacking and if you park in the wrong spot your car will be towed. Gate doesn’t work, only one exit and entrance & the wall looks terrible around the apartment (paint job is awful). The apartments are literally falling apart.
The staff in the leasing office is terrible. They tell you one thing over the phone but say the complete opposite at the office. They have no manners and the manager is rude. Student discounts only available to NEW residents not to current ones (lady at the office told me I could get one over the phone but then told me I would have to apply for a 1 bedroom apartment and 1 year lease at the office for the discount)
Save yourself time and money. Look at different apartments.

Great location to be! Great school district and management tries their best to help. They are currently upgrading the apartment complex right now and I am looking forward to it. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance, along with car repair places, and pubs.
