Chef Ray has been our go-to personal chef for dozens of events. I would highly recommend him for event catering as well as cooking lessons for private parties. His culinary concepts are always perfectly executed and the food is always delicious.
My personal favorites are his famous pulled pork sandwiches, lobster paella and short rib benedict (see uploaded photos). Make sure you save room for his diabolical pumpkin cheesecake!

Chef Ray is the most awesome chef EVER. Some of my favorite dishes that he makes are– pulled pork sandwiches, chicken pot pie, paella, and chili soup. Not only does he cook drool-worthy food, he has such an infectious and positive attitude.
His speciality also includes baking cakes, cupcakes, cheesecake (omg– da bomb!!!). If you’re looking for someone to make you custom cakes/cupcakes for a special occasion, call Chef Ray! You won’t regret it.

Ray’s strawberry champagne cupcakes are beyond delicious!!! Never had a cupcake so good! Ray has made personalized themed cookies, and cakes for many of my parties and I always have had great feedback from guests. Delicious food & pastries, professional, and courteous. Highly recommend him!

Can I just say THE BEST CUPCAKES ever!!!
Must try the «Strawberry Champagne Cupcakes» by Chef Ray I’m telling you… they are the
seriously. Don’t tell anyone but I tried to eat a dozen all at once LOL. so good as well as everything Chef Ray makes. This man can cook! Better grab him while you can cause I’m more than certain Chef Ray is going BIG places!!! :D
