the people here really know what they are doing this is a amazing place to shop for a tire.

I love this place. My tire was very bad with the treads were coming out and I had to get a new tire. I got a appointment and a brand new tire. I asked if they can put another tire that is brand new which I got from another place on the rear and they had no problem doing that for me. While I was waiting he mentioned to me that another tire was going bad and needs to be replaced ASAP. I told him I didn’t have the money and he didn’t pressure me into getting the finance program that they have. I will be going back

Great Service! Went in around 10:30am on Good Friday (they were going to be closed from 12noon-​3pm to observe the holiday) ordered 4 Michelin tires that they had to special order from the manufacturer to be delivered, I received a call that same day at 5pm stating they received the tires and were ready to install them! I raced up there, had them installed with great customer service, they answered all my questions, and the manager was so nice and was seen helping and interacting with both the crew and patrons. Thank you so much! I wish I had cash to tip the guys working on my car, but I don’t carry any on me, so opted to write this review so others can know what a great experience I had. Most of the reviews I read before going there were negative and since I really had a great experience, they deserve a great review.

So, this is the deal. My front right tire had been losing air. The TPMS icon would come up due to low pressure. I took my car to discount tire and the guy just quickly tested my tires and told me I definitely needed to change the two front tires! What?! It turns out that one of the back tires needed changing too. One had a hole, like a piece was missing. he asked me about it and I told him that I had hit a curve. Well, I didn’t want to tell him that it was more like three or four curves. He then asked me if I hit the same curve with the front left tire, since it had a similar indentation. It’s not really my fault! Those curves were just in the wrong place at the wrong time! Can all these obstacles just move out of my way?! Geez, I’m trying to speed!!! lol!
To make a long story short, I was told my Michelin tires cost about $ 286 a piece. I didn’t have time to wait that day, so I shopped around and researched different tires. I ended up buying Yokohama, since they were much less expensive and had similar qualities. I went back to Discount tire because I felt they didn’t want to just sell me tires. The guy who helped me, was actually very nice and answered all of my questions. I needed tires that could take high speeds as I need to get to Austin in 1 and ½ hours if possible. Also, I hate tires that make a lot of noise so, my tires had to be good enough not to make extra noise. I left my car there and 45 minutes later it was done. All four tires were changed and I got a $ 40 mail in rebate (which I plan to collect!). All in all a good experience. I had purchased tires from them before and never had a complaint about them… they are A-​OK in my book!
P. s. don’t forget to get that certificate for free replacement! it’s about $ 20 per tire! =0}
