I was just here a week ago, the staff was a little more attentive, personable than previous trips, and for the middle of the day, the selection good.
Compared with competition, they still need improvement, but I’ll give them a chance. Now that construction on Southmore is done, it is also easier to get in/​out of this Dunkin by car :)

I asked for a muffin. She grabbed a wax paper that was under a little can of fingertip moistener on the dirty counter (there was a box of wax paper right behind her). Aside from the dirty wax paper, she decided she wanted to toast my muffin without asking. I have never ever asked for a toasted muffin… Then she has the nerve to have an attitude with me when I told her forget the muffin. Their donuts are no longer worth the hassle to me.
