I knew I should have walked out the door the second I saw the donut selection. I went against my better judgement and got 6 donuts. Two glazed, two bavarian creams, a jelly, and a blueberry. I went to Shipley after I bought them because I knew I was going to be disappointed. So, I tried the glazed and they were just so thick and cold. The Shipley’s glazed was still warm and gooey. The blueberry cake donut was ok, but I will never going here again.) : Dunkin has pretty good coffee, but their donuts don’t do anything for me.

The rumors are true, this place sucks. First, you better have at least 15 – 20 minutes extra to just wait for your order in the morning. Second, just hope they they will get it right! Lastly, the coffee sucks! I don’t understand it because I had DD in East Coast all the time and liked it! I’ve been making excuses for this place way too long.

The donuts, brekfast, and ice cream are always great. The service on the other is very lacking, I stop by Dunkin Donuts like 3 – 4 times a week so you would think that if you see the same customer over again you would at least ask«How are you doing» or «It’s good to see you again» but the evening crew are very dry, no manners, and not very friendly and it’s a shame because a Starbucks it’s just down the street if it was my store I would make sure the service was top notch. But nevertheless it only gets 1 star just because of their employees…

Hands down best place for fast food breakfast sandwiches. Their hash browns are also amazing and they have a unique selection of donuts including blueberry donut holes and croissant donuts. Everything I’ve had there so far has been good. Tip* try to get there before 7:30 am on weekdays or they start getting pretty busy.

The staff was so rude I left before completing my order. Customer service is something I expect when I go to a «service» establishment.

Oh lord, how I wish I could give no stars at all. Every single time I go this location, I swear they ALWAYS mess up my order somehow. It’s literally almost amusing. Once, I asked for a hot mocha latte because I had a sore throat and they gave me an iced one. I didn’t wanna ask for another one because the line was long. The next week, I asked for an iced mocha latte and they gave me a freaking hot one. The staff always look flustered and very uninformed about their food and coffee and the place is just awful over all. Please never waste your money here.

It’s a shame that I can not select fewer than one star as I didn’t feel serviced at all. Don’t expect this establishment to have enough of what you want because they will refuse you’re business. I asked for a dozen bagels, which the store clearly had enough of because I have eyes, and they refused to sell them to me because it was too many. I understand it would diminish their stock, but as I said… there were enough. *side note: can they not, you know, make more?

Staff very friendly and polite! Went in a little before closing and they didn’t seem to mind. They were very informative and helpful, even told me about the new location in league city and how it would be closer to me due to my drive from Galveston. They went out of their way to find me the address so I could take my husband next week for his birthday since he loves DD being he’s from New York. My mom loved the fact that baskin Robbins is connected since we do not have one in Galveston anymore and they were very nice and letting her try samples before choosing. Considering I come to Pasadena to see my family on occasion I will definitely be back! :)

The staff is pleasant and polite. This dunkin donuts doesn’t live up to the ones up in the northeast. Coffee isn’t great, donuts do not taste good and they usually get my order wrong. Just like another person said, go down the street to the nearest Starbucks and grab a coffee. If you want a delicious donut, go to one of those mom and pop places.

I stopped here about a month ago, since it’s the most convenient Dunkin location and picked up a gift card for my sister — she’s a big fan of their coffee. The place was clean and the service good. After paying for the card and purchasing a coffee to go, I picked up a ‘DDPerks’ card, which they explained was good for a comp beverage on my next trip once I register online. So no problem there, easy to sign up for the ‘Perks”. A couple weeks later I’m in the area and decide to claim the free coffee. This time, there were a few more customers, but not exactly crowded. The staff seemed a little less attentive, but polite. I presented my Perks card, explaining that according to the Dunkin website and email I received, I had a medium beverage I could claim at any location. Those at the counter seemed uncertain how to process the Perks card for the medium coffee I asked for. While waiting patiently for someone to figure out how to swipe the card, I noticed a display with ‘DDPerks’ next to the register. After few more minutes, another employee was asked about how to ring up the free coffee on the ‘Perks’, he did seem to know either? Basically, they just handed me the coffee and said it’s free. Should someone from management read this review, please train you employees on programs that customers are using. Maybe the co-location of Baskin-Robbins at this store lent to the confusion? At least the coffee was hot and tasted great :)

Service was less than great. They gave my son less than dozen donut holes. Simple counting and they were off by several. All else was just ok. At least they corrected it but still…

Three trips here and they have all been disappointing. I went for a chocolate iced donut. The donut was put in a bag chocolate side down. The chocolate ended up on the bottom of the bag. :( Second visit was for a large box of donut holes. The employee did not put the box together right. When she handed it to me, the bottom nearly fell out. Thankfully the person in line behind me noticed and I fixed the box. Went back for ice cream. The girl scooping the ice cream got tired and could not get the ice cream out. She handed me a cup with barely a few bites in it for $ 3. There is some definite training needed for employees. It appears they do not care to satisfy the customer. For now I won’t go back. It was a waste of my money on all three visits.
