Actually, the groupons dont state that. If your employee at the front desk hadnt appeared to not even care that I had wasted my time driving from Friendswood to use it I may have been understanding. However her lack of regard or initiative to rectify the situation on site only leads me to believe that this establishment lacks customer service. Furthermore, a buy now groupon indicates come right now.

Walk in… you are immediately greeted by staff and asked if you’d like water or coffee (not fresh coffee). I went in for a basic mani and pedi due to a groupon I purchased. Otherwise I wouldn’t knot this place existed. Lilo (nail artist) was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, I liked her work, nothing fancy just basics!
Please call to make an appointment for a mani and pedi! They only have one person doing nails, so if you don’t you’ll be waiting a while before they do your nails. And she is usually busy.
