I had been here before. Noticed most of the customers are elderly women needing perms. Today I went in… I think the front desk dude thought I was black and gave me a stylist that didnt even bother to do a hair evaluation. I wanted a stacked bob and red color. I had it done once in el paso and loved it. But my brunette color needed to be stripped first. Violet my usual stylist was «no longer with us» according to the receptionist. The black stylist apparently thought I had black ethnic hair and proceeded to cut my hair way shorter than I wanted. The dark color wasnt stripped and I ended up with an orange glow at top and black on bottom. Really?! Needless to say they just seemed in a hurry to cut and color and collect cash with no professionalism. I am of east indian descent. I had nice hair before coming here. Now I need corrective color and my hair will probably fall out. Thanks ‘Image makers’ for ruining mine. Take your money elsewhere. This place is a waste.

Got a haircut from the new owner and liked it but now he says he doesn’t do hair anymore just runs the shop. Wow never seen an owner not take care of clients guess they have all the business they need. Off to find someone better I suppose!

Super friendly, plenty staffed, big, well lit, very fast, and awesome work!!! Glad to find a good place to get my daughters tricky hair done! Whatever the price ends up being, very well worth it! Thank you so much Tina! :) well be back for sure!
