We ordered the egg rolls which were the bomb! They were fresh and hand made. We also ordered the rare beef phở and was delish. Also, service was great! We will be back on another cold day!

I’ve been here a couple of time for lunch and really enjoy the fried rice. I usually get it with brown rice and it’s amazing how much it doesn’t taste like brown rice — and by that I mean it tastes really good! I’ve gotten it with vegetables and tofu and both are cooked and seasoned well. The tofu is the right amount of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The service is good, and the environment is usually quiet and calm.

Not just spicy for the sake of being spicy. You ever order something spicy and it seems like all they did was throw in peppers just to say oh look«it’sa SPICY!» well this is not that place. You can tell that they make the dish to be both tasty and spicy, flavor and zing, pleasure and pain… cause their spicy rice with chicken BURNSSOOOOGOOD… it was an 8 at least on spice but was so good I couldn’t stop eating it. The portions aren’t the biggest but there is definite attention to detail… Indian Curry was very tasty… all in all for a delivery experience it was delicious. One star off cause the egg rolls are tiny… and I mean small… there’s a joke in there somewhere but I will leave that to your imagination.

Came by with my coworker on a cold day to get some spicy miso ramen. Staff is friendly, prices aren’t too bad. But, I used to work on Sawtelle and you might say I’m a bit spoiled by the ramen game on that side of town. The broth wasn’t too bad. It had flavor, but was definitely more watered down than other broths I’ve had. I wish it was just a little bit richer, but on the other hand I didn’t feel too heavy after. The portion was OK but not too filling. For me, it’s just right — but if you’re a bit bigger, you might want to order an appetizer or side. Staff was super friendly. I’ll put it at a solid 3, but not sure it would be my first lunch pick!

Each time I eat at Eat Me Up, I swear I’m going to try a new dish, but the Drunken Noodles and the Phở Ga are so good, I always break down and get them. The phở is the best flavor we’ve found in town. The Drunken Noodles have a great flavor and a nice spicy kick to light a fire in your mouth :) The interior is simple and clean, and the staff is great. Paige has gotten to know my entire family by name, and if I head in solo for lunch, she’ll always ask about my kids. I really like it when you can get to know the staff at an establishment: means they like their job and also makes Pasadena feel more like a small town. Writing this made me hungry. Gonna go there for lunch tomorrow !

I ordered the chicken phở and it was not good at all. I’m disappointed I was really craving phở and this place was the only place that delivered in my area. Waste of money

So I stopped by Eat Me Up! last week for some take out and ordered me the spicy fried rice with vegetables. It was around 6p so it wasn’t busy and they had my food ready in under 10 minutes. My rice was pretty good but not five star awesome. I’m super picky about my rice(yes, I’m spoiled and I get to enjoy home cooked rice made with love by my super fob mom). And although I liked the strong spicy flavors in the rice which had a hint of Thai basil, the rice was kinda crunchy… like a little hard in the very center and not fluffy like the way typical white rice should be. I did enjoy the mixed veggies with cabbage, peppers, and carrots. Those were cooked perfectly so everything was crisp to the bite but not raw. It was a pretty substantial portion as well. I was full half way through my meal and my mom was able to eat the rest as hermeal. I wouldn’t go out of my to return here but would likely patronize this business if I was in the area.

The green curry was not as good as most I’ve had, particularly the rice which seemed low quality and tasteless. Yet, the price was about the same. I’m not that pucky, but it just wasn’t as good. The eggplant chunks were too big and the chicken was in stringy strips. The veggies were a tad undercooked, and the curry sauce was oddly bright green. It tasted okay but the undercooked vegetables and overcooked chicken meant the flivar was more spicy than flavorful. To make matters worse, I accidentally left my large high quality sun hat I’ve worn for years there next to where I was sitting, and, when I called about an hour later to ask them to hold it till the next day, they said they closed right after I left but that it was not there. There had been nobody sitting near me. I asked if someone stole it, and they said, «No.» So I asked them to check again, gave them my number and said I’d return the next day. Kind of a mystery how it could have disappeared if only staff was present.

Eat Me Up! has a creative name to say the very least. I only wished that I felt the same as its name with its food and service. After scanning through the reviews, I am very surprised that it has 4.5 stars. It is at most 2 stars in my book. First, Eat Me Up! has a variety of Asian food options, from Japanese to Thai food, on its menu. But I think it tries to do too much with its variety and does not have a dish that stands out on its own. I tried tonkotsu ramen which one of the popular items that people reviewed. The soup was flavorful, but felt very oily. The other ingredients were very basic — nothing really stood out. What was worst than my ramen was the pad thai that my bf ordered. I never in my life saw a pad thai that was so soupy. It was doused with a red sauce. Since the food was not great, I was hoping that the service would at least be better. But, it took so long for the waiters to come by, even though we were only one of 4 parties at the restaurant on the weekday night. The waiters were busy chatting and joking around with each other. Although name is catchy and it caught my eyes to try this place, I do not think i’ll back. There are better options in the area.

And it’s raining outside you know what that means it’s Phở’ time at Eat me up, the broth is always good and rich and the flavor is consistent all the time so you don’t have to worry about quality or if it’s good every day cuz it is.

I always seem to find an excuse to order their soups(phở, ramen, or tom kha); it’s raining outside, it’s cold, I’m hungry! My whole family enjoys their soups and curry dishes. I cannot recommend ever item since I usually stick with what I love but they are consistant when it comes to tasty soups. I usually have my food delievered but the times I have eaten at the restaurant or picked-up my order the people are really friendly. The prices are also reasonable.

Cool place! You can pick any noodles you want and I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen & Brisket Phở. And it was good, not bad.

We always order through EAT24 and today we tried Eat Me Up! — Got a green curry and a dry noodle with crab meat — both were very good and flavorful. The green curry could be a bit more flavorful compared to some other places we order through EAT24. The dry noodle with broth and crab meat was delicious! We will be ordering from Eat Me up again :)!

One of my most disappointing take outs ordered thru Eat24. There was something wrong with each item. 1. Karaage: this was the best item out of the bunch, but $ 5 for such a TINY portion! When I saw it I was like really? I paid $ 5 for this? 2. Phở: the rare meat included was very low quality and very tough. NO, I didn’t cook it too long in the broth. It was still pretty rare when I was eating it. 3. Kimchi fried rice was SOGGY and mushy! I feel so stupid for not trusting bad reviews. Even worse, when I tried complaining to Eat24 and asked them to comp the phở since it was basically inedible, their attitude was«oh too bad, what can you do.» The girl I talked to said she’ll give me a $ 2 coupon code for next order. Big whoop, I can get a $ 2 off code anytime I want from their Twitter page. To top it all off! When I checked my credit card there’s ANOTHER charge from Eat24 — an extra $ 4.54 from the $ 31.30 I already paid. Big fail.

Pink milk and Tom Kha noodle soup were the two delicious things I ordered on a late Wednesday night. We walked over, from across the street, after an indie movie night at Laemmle theatre. The Tom Kha noodle soup was an unusual combo of Thai menu staples. Rice noodles and Tom Kha Soup. What a delightful surprise to find that you could combine the two and the outcome would be a hearty, savory and satisfying meal. Pink milk was ordered out of pure nostalgia. It was hella sweet and needed to be watered down with excess amounts of ice but the taste of this particular pink syrup mixed with milk gave me flashbacks to my childhood. As a Thai child, I didn’t grow up on Nesquik, this was our version of strawberry milk. Totally expected the food here to suck, but delighted to discover that it hit all the right notes. This spot isn’t just good food for late nights eats, it can hold its own as an all day option.

This place had the best Pad Thai. My buddies got the Phở and it looked amazing as well. I will definitely be stopping in here more often!

Let me start off my saying I only eat phở when it’s really really cold and today was a perfect day to go and try this place out. Well first off all when I walked in it was empty but honestly I didn’t mind at all that it was empty. Second my cousin and I started off with shrimp tempura it wasn’t that amazing compared to other restaurants but it wasn’t bad either. Third it was really fast and that’s one of many things I love about this restaurant. Fourth it’s really big so come with an empty stomach and just feast out to a bowl of phở. I would definitely come back and I just noticed that they deliver so that’s another plus to this amazing restaurant. Also the waiters were kind and the atmosphere was amazing. After so many times thinking about going to this place, tonight I decided to try it out with my family. The service was kinda bad because it was not busy at all(the place was totally empty when we got there) but the server didn’t even offer us any drinks, even after our food was served, so I had to ask for it. I ordered their sweet bbq pork with rice. For the price of $ 9.00 I got a few pieces of very thin sliced pork, rice, half boiled egg. Usually if I go to other restaurants, with 1 dish I can share with my daughter and not going home hungry and paid less. Tonight after eating there, I was still hungry leaving the place. I wasted my money here and not planning to come back.

I work next door to Eat Me Up! and order from here every now and then. They have lunch specials, but it’s nothing to rave about. I’ve tried the popcorn orange chicken and the curry(both lunch specials) and they were okay. The beef phở, however, is pretty good! The restaurant itself is very well kept. It’s contemporary and clean, with fun pops of color. The customer service is good. Overall it’s a decent eatery.

I always order delivery from EAT24 and love their food. When your craving for different type for Asian food this one has most of it; a little bit Japanese, Thai and Taiwanese. I ordered spicy miso ramen, Shu Mai and Thai style wings. They are all delicious but I think the portion is small for guys, girls will love their decent portion.

This is an Asian fusion spot with a different twist on all the dishes they serve. They offer American fries, fried calamari, chicken wings, steak in peanut sauce, ramen, udon, phở, pad Thai, and orange chicken. I think they didn’t want to leave out any Asian cultures, so they lumped in as many as they could into one. Not a bad idea. The food was pretty good. I had roast duck ramen, the sampler platter of appetizers with egg rolls, crispy won tons and potstickers, pad c ew(that’s how they spell it) and finished off with fried banana with chocolate sauce. It was all delicious.

This is for delivery as I did not eat at the actual restaurant. Wow talk about fast service! From ordering the food online to food coming to the front door, it was a total of 15 minutes! WHAT?! how is that possible?! It takes me that long to make a sandwich that has nothing in it! I ordered the tom yum noodle soup, the boyfriend ordered the indy curry chicken, both were soooo good! I DEVOURED my noodles and soup– granted though it’s not as tangy as normal tom yum soup would be which for me is actually good since i’m usually able to finish a small bowl of tom yum. The b/f loved the curry too, huge chunks of potato and rice mixed with the curry, yum yum! i think the restaurant is pretty reasonably priced as well and I love that they have such a variety of items to choose from. If you are looking for some good soups and dont’ want to go out, i would strongly suggest ordering from here!

Came in for lunch the other day with the hubby. We love ramen, and I love all things noodle so we figured we should give Eat Me Up a shot. It may not be as good as our favorite ramen or noodle places, but it is a great local alternative! I had the Spicy Miso Ramen, it was very filling and flavorful, however, the chasu is cut into very thin slices which made it a little too dry for my liking. The hubby got the Tonkatsu Ramen, the broth was more flavorful than the spicy miso, so I’ll probably get that one next time.

I ordered for pickup for a coworker and I, papaya salad and phở with rare steak. The papaya salad specified papaya, carrots, green beans, cherry tomatoes, chili. Minecame with papaya, 2 tiny strands of carrots, 2 medium shrimps, no green bean or cherry tomato. Ugh! It was basically papaya strips with a sprinkling of carrot in nuc mum(fish sauce). Do not like for $ 7.95 My coworker didn’t like her phone either, it was basically soup broth, noodles, some sliced onion and green onion with a side of rare steak to cook in the soup. It was«meh» at best. And for $ 8.95, you could totally get better. Too many options in this area to opt for this place. But too bad there aren’t too many options for phở in Pasadena :(

The storefront is very bold and loud so it’s hard to miss it – we swung by the place for a quick lunch and it was fairly empty. I ordered the Indy Curry Chicken and my friend ordered the Tom Yum Noodle Soup. The Indy Curry Chicken was unimpressive and had very few chicken pieces. The Tom Yum Noodle Soup though, was on point – the broth’s spicy and sour ratio was well-balanced and the rice noodles were cooked just right. The service was exceptional and the entire staff was attentive with the ordering, the refilling, the following up… etc. I’d come back again, but not before I’ve exhausted all my other options(i.e., Nine & Nine Thai Kitchen).

Another Blah noodle place takes over the former Blah noodle places location is the story here. The service is attentive, but the kitchen is painfully slow at the lunch hour. As someone on limited time and hungry, this is the kids of death for a return visit. The menu is way more plentiful than the previous noodle shop, but the menu is laid out in a very confusing manner and the terminology they use for their lunch combos is just downright confusing. The owners are trying to make it hip, but have failed to make it relevant. There is no branding anywhere inside the restaurant at all. I actually found myself searching eli for the name to check in at because the only signage is outside. This is now a place to go when Nine &9 is packed and it is raining outside, so 1 day a year.
