Got good service at Einstein’s this holiday season. Friendly, helpful, patient people behind the counter. The bagels are fine, just bagels, with a nice selection of toppings.

I love going to Einstein Bros. Bagels; they’re always fresh and taste delicious. What’s annoying, however, is getting to work and realizing that my bagel was made wrong. I’m lactose intolerant and can’t have cream cheese, though butter is ok, and so I ordered my bagel as such. Much to my dismay, my bagel had schmear on it. I gave it to a coworker. Maybe next time will be better.

I love bagels. Einstein Bagels was the amazing. This was my first time trying Einstein Bagels and I’m a total fan. I tried the their egg sandwich and their pretzel bagel and both were amazing. The apple bacon and egg sandwich was tasty. The bagel was fresh so I have to break my jaw to chew it. The pretzel bagel taste just like a pretzel, with all the saltiness that I like. :) Definitely want to go back to try some other bagels. This store location was absolutely great. The staff and the manager were exceptional. They were friendly and took care of us and our order. Shout out to the fabulous Pasadena Einstein Bros. Bagel team. You folks are fantastic.

Bagels are good, actually I really enjoy the bagels from here. But the service here is mehhhhhh. I came with my mom, sister and niece. We ordered a dozen to go and 3 bagels for here. lady who took our order literally yelled at us when she asked what we wanted, but that’s the way she talks(I learned later from watching her talk to other people). Other than that I had a decent time. I will come back to get bagels:)

This is my first experience with Einstein Bros and I have to say I am very pleased. It started with the service right off the bat and product is a good new taste to me. During this morning rush I’m munching a bacon and spinach egg panini. The lead staff member really left an impression on me as she took charge just as I wandered in and barely glanced at the menu or display case. I’m ready to continue taking on this Monday. Thank You for this.

Would’ve been a solid 4 stars but the service I got today was terrible. I’m only giving three stars because I’m not one to give one or two star ratings unless every aspect of the experience was super bad. I went in today to buy a dozen bagels and was helped by this one girl, who decided to randomly give me attitude. It’s like hello, who’s paying here? When I told her what I wanted she seemed very impatient and careless, and was just throwing the bagels with more force than necessary, all the while having this look of I don’t wanna be here type on her face, no smile whatsoever. Sure I know they’re bagels and they don’t need to be handled extra carefully but at least act like someone who works in the service industry. If you don’t like helping customers all the time, then you don’t belong in the service industry. A good employee would be smiling and masking any type of attitude, not directing it at customers. Sure I know people all have their good and bad days, but seriously, is it really that hard to hide your mood? Regardless of the service, Einstein Bros bagels have always been delicious. I’ve always liked their lox bagel and their sandwiches. Definitely a good breakfast and lunch choice, or a quick snack if you’re into those. :)

I love this area what could be better coffee bean and bagels with a court yard to enjoy my chai tea and a nice bagel. This review is only for Einstein bagels. I ordered a sausage cheddar breakfast bagel add cream cheese I paid for it so I expect it. What I got was a bagel without out cream cheese and it looked like it was cut in half with a spoon. When I mentioned to the girl that delivered it to the pick up area she barked it doesn’t come with cream cheese I said I ordered it she took it back placed a glob of cream cheese on each half smashed it together probably in anger brought it back to me and I stared at it trying to figure out why this place is treating me so bad. I threw it away and went to coffee bean . Girl who took my order awesome 9÷28÷201510:15 am Delivery girl awful Short blonde haired manager I think, uncaring even tho I be leave she knew the problem.

Delicious bagels, fresh and hot, for about $ 1 a piece. Come in on a Monday and you can get a dozen for $ 6! I personally love the blueberry and cinnamon raisin the best. I like to get the 6-pack bagels with a spread(Strawberry is my fav) and toast it back home. They have a private parking lot, which is free– just don’t forget to validate it before you leave.

Bagels here aren’t quite the type you’ll find in New York, but they are a great substitute. This is a high traffic place which means the bagels are almost always warm and recently out of the oven. My favorite? Jalapeño cheddar, toasted with cream cheese. The customer service is fair, but there are some regular workers who take the time to know your name and the type of bagel you order. After 4pm, there is usually some sort of Happy Hour, with either a discount on bagels or discount on coffee. What’s stopping this place from getting 5 stars? The bagel clusters are often a little scorched.

Einstein is currently running fantastic promotion every Monday: 13 bagels for 6 bucks. Best bagel flavors: blueberry, cinnamon raisin, onion(according to my husband), jalapeño(as part of a sandwich). The worst: chocolate chip. Their strawberry double-whipped shmear is a must get and heavenly on a freshly toasted blueberry bagel. Disclaimer: I’ve never had a true NY bagel so I’m just comparing this place to local places like Goldsteins, Bruegger’s, Western etc.

Einstein Bros is a convenient, quick and tasty breakfast option. Their bagels are fresh, crisp on the outside, moist on the inside, and come in a wide spectrum of flavors, from savory to sweet. We recently catered breakfast sandwiches for a small conference and I couldn’t have been more pleased with result. We ordered last minute by phone(at 6am) and were able to schedule a pick up time an hour later. Pick up was a breeze and they were packaged neatly and efficiently. Catered sandwich orders must be made by the half dozen. We chose a mix of sausage, bacon and spinach mushroom and all were delicious. It was a hit with our attendees and will be our go to option next time we need a last minute catered breakfast.

Always a long line on a Saturday morning but they got the mechanics of service down like a well oiled machine! The line moves fast and they get your order out promptly. Nothing says it’s gonna be a great day than a warm cranberry bagel with honey almond schmear! Go Einstein!

Me & my bestie comes here almost every week. I have always ordered the spicy nacho bagel with jalapeño salsa cream cheese(I like spicy lol) & vanilla hazelnut latte(both iced & hot are good). The service is fast & friendly. There are outdoor & indoor seatings. Free 90 minutes parking with validation at the back/side. They have doggie bagel, so cute!

Came in and asked for a jalapeño bagel with egg and cheddar. Made a point to clarify that there would be nothing else on it. Drive home and find a plain bagel with bacon on it. Drive all the way back, and have some incredibly rude girl tell me that’s what I ordered, but she’ll remake it, and throw the bag back at me. Awesome service, assholes.

This won’t be a very long review because nearly all Einstein’s are created equal in terms of food and service. Good bagels, long lines that move relatively fast, etc. The only thing really worth noting here is that on a Sunday or Saturday morning for a brunch, it can be very hard to get seating at this particular location since there are not that many tables to choose from. So be prepared for that.

Most efficient and accurate service I’ve encountered at any EBB. I intentionally plan my route to stop by THIS location. They get you to through the line so fast the coffee order you place next door won’t even be ready by the time you’re done here. Parking is the best. Private lot for the few plaza stores is free with validation. Weekday mornings can be a slightly crowded/busy. Small, small ordeal for super fresh and well made bagels.

Good quick food. I got the Hummus Veg Out which was awesome. My sisters got a regular breakfast bagel sandwich and then they tried mines and they automatically loved my hummus veg out. The apple cinnamon bagel i got on the side was good but with the honey almond spread(which was good) just made it taste like too much. It can be too filling but nonetheless it was good bagels/sandwiches

So deciding to cash in my complementary bagel with a smear of cream cheese(welcome to the club right) I decided to get an iced hazelnut mocha to go along with it. I gotta say that both left me glad I did. The bagel was good and the cream cheese they put on was generous(like I could top another one with the extra) and the coffee was fresh because they cleaned out the machine before making it(how thoughtful) I wouldn’t mind coming back to this one in the near future

Went here on Sunday for a little morning snack with the bf. Employees are friendly and quick! We both ordered the turkey sausage cheddar bagel sammich and it was decently good. The overall look of the sammich was very bland and boring, though. I mean, I generally wasn’t expecting much. but just something that can look better than what I could whip up at home lol. I do like that they give the option of which bagel you want to use! I chose asiago, and bf chose onion. The warmth and crunchiness of the bagel completed the sammich.

Sign me up. I’m a fan. Choose whether you want to eat the bagel as a sandwich or just add a spread to it because you can’t go wrong either way. Turkey-Sausage and Cheddar Sandwich I get this with the Garlic bagel. The Garlic bagel has huge huge huge garlic flavors. Love it. Sometimes I get the Jalapeño spread to put in the sandwich to give it that extra kick. So darn good. Turkey-sausage, egg with Garlic bagel and Jalapeño spread. Sound good, huh? Orange Juice Love their OJ. One should be enough to share between two people. Great compliment with your bagel.
