I’ve only been in here twice BUT have called about 10 times. One time that I had come in I was greeted right away and given suggestions and nothing but great service! However the other time I came in, all three girls who were working didn’t greet me and were on their phones making jokes to each other for about a good two minutes before acknowledging me. Now I’ve called multiple times and every time I’ve called I’ve never gotten an answer. Good product but bad service

I just tried the apples & greens smoothie for the first time … now its no whole foods lol BUTTHESERVICEBYSHELBY was definitely 5 star! She took the time to help me choose a drink, hopped off the register to make it & made sure I liked it & offered to make it again! The smooth was pretty good, glad I added ginger ;)

I have no idea why I haven’t reviewed this location. I have been coming here since it opened back in the day. They consistently serve drinks speedily and with a smile. I like the direction that JJ has taken with making the drinks more natural less sweet but you can still ask for the classics. They always make drinks to order so feel free to add, substitute other ingredients and make it your own. I have several favorites and make substitutions at times. Please see below for my list of recommendations: — Caribbean Passion– sub pineapple sherbet –Orange Berry Blitz — White Gummy Bear(secret menu) — Thank you Jesus(secret menu) — Pitaya(not sure what the official name is maybe here for a little bit) I also recommend the sweet waffle snack … To die for good ! Make sure it’s warm. Happy Drinking !

I have been to this location a couple of times. They never blend my smoothies all the way and when you are drinking your smoothie its impossible to drink it because there are chunks of fruit clogging up the straw. I just wish they would take the time to make their smoothies right instead of just rushing through it and providing meh products. I will have to wait for the one on Colorado to open up to get some quality again I guess. The guy with the moustache always makes my smoothies and they always come out the same because he doesn’t blend them for the adequate time.

Free birthday drink. Razzmatazz — $ 4.59, small — price went up 10 cents. Light was still pretty sweet.

They had four employees doing the work of one. They also apparently ran out of oatmeal and ran out of milk. Sigh. Badly managed and dirty — avoid it.

I just wanted to praise Candy and JJ. While at their store last week I witnessed, a man, who appeared to be homeless come in while I was waiting for my drinks. Candy didn’t ask him to leave, instead she asked how she can help him. He requested ice water, Candy asked him what kind of cup he preferred and even went as far as setting up his straw as if he was a paying customer! Where at other places this man would have been asked to leave, Candy treated him like the human being he is. I applaud JJ for having her as an employee, great customer service!

Decent drinks especially with the new fresh squeezed juices. However the service at this Jamba Juice is hit or miss. This morning I waited almost 10min for a juice when there were no other customers. The employees were chit chatting about their dating lives. NOTIMPRESSED

Rolled in to get something green and fresh, because I am fighting a bug. While I waited for my drink, all the employees stood behind the counter, staring at me and whispering. It literally felt like I was in Jr. High school. While the juice was refreshing, the service was terrible and I won’t be returning.

Great service! I needed help figuring out what to order & the employees took their time to help me figure it out. I ended up getting the«Kale-rribean Breeze» with a boost & it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Now I’m ready to try something else new & exciting!

Horrible customer service. The small cashier lady was so rude. Can’t image how you can be hired work for the job. Go to school learn something, or call you company to teach and training you how to customer service, especially how to service the people who is the first time at the store. The level you act in front of customer is very low, and I can’t read respect from you. By the way, If you busy gossip with your Coworker, pleas out the store or somewhere else. You do really need to learn something good in your life. Will never go to that place again.

Great customer service and great juice smoothies. Had the Acai berry which really energized me and delighted the taste buds as well. There are just so many choices, I want to try them all at least once.

I’m sorry, I’m sure this Jamba Juice is okay sometimes, but I just have to say I had the worst experience here. This review is for the cashier lady(small girl) and the manager(the one with the ‘stache) I went in to get a gift card. I initially said $ 10, then before the transaction was completed, I said let’s make it $ 15. When I got to my car, I checked my online banking(thankfully) and saw that the cashier charged $ 50. No problem, I just went back in and said I asked for $ 15, not $ 50. The cashier lady didn’t know what she was doing, so she had to wait for the manager a couple of times. She voided the $ 50 from the GC and added the $ 15. I asked for a receipt or some sort of proof that the $ 50 was gonna go back to my card. She couldn’t give me one, so she called her manager again. This manager doesn’t know what he was doing too. He kept printing receipts that says $ 0 and told me there is nothing they can give me. I am on my online banking at that time and know that the refund has not been processed. I, however, see the $ 15 and $ 50 transactions already posted. We ended up taking a picture of the register showing that they have voided the $ 50 from the GC. Well, of course I’m not going to get the $ 50 back because they only voided the GC and not my debit card transaction. I left and called Chase to open a dispute. I’m not dealing with those people again. Also, there is a difference between a friendly work environment and an overly friendly work environment. I come into the shop to see the two flirting. Never going back to this Jamba Juice again! So sad as it was a convenient location for after gym…

Remember Mr. Wolf in Pulp Fiction, masterfully played by Harvey Keitel? Do you remember how he takes his coffee? «LOTSACREAM, LOTSASUGAR.» Well, Jamba Juice is half of that. Don’t get me wrong, this place makes a tasty drink with all sorts of fruits, juices, and vitamin«boosts» to piqué your curiosity and activate your pancreas… …but it’s that last part that I suppose is a bit disconcerting. I don’t know, despite the Orange juice mafia and those two dudes standing in a cranberry bog telling me «juice is goooood for you!» I just can’t get past the spoonfuls of sugar in the stuff. Jamba makes no illusion about this– and for a small cool sweet treat, you’re probably better off here than around the corner at Baskin Robbins. And hey– there’s always fresh wheat grass to be juiced. But when I see larger than life(and larger than the yoga pants they’re attempting to wear) people there ordering the large size fruit smoothies, I guess I just wonder if they know they’re consuming more calories and sugar than a Snickers bar. Oh well, bottoms up. And put a little immunity boost in that, will you? I feel a chill coming on…

I love Jamba Juice. Just got back from Jamba on this hot, hot day and thought I should put in my 2 cents. This goes out to all the Jamba Juices out there. I LOVEYOU! I love your establishments and all the deliciousness you have to offer! My absolute fave is from the«secret menu» — strawberry shortcake. It’s been my favorite for YEARS. It kind of tastes like… creamy strawberry yogurt? It’s strawberry, with a creamy tang to it. I guess like a cake. But also like a yogurt. I dunno. Try it out. Honorable mentions: carribean passion, white gummy, orange dream machine, and mango a go-go.

2014 Unilocal365CHALLENGE — 100⁄365 Not a big jamba juice drinker but my friend wanted some so we stopped by and this is one of the quicker locations I’ve been to. There were about 15 people in there already and they got us out within 8min or so. Not a long wait at all. My jamba was good as usual, and the customer service was nice. It just gets packed in there since the location is so small. They need more stools or a PA system so people can chill outside and still hear their names. Love the new cups too.

It’s Jamba Juice. Location is great, multi stores within the area and clean. Refreshing. Makes me happy. Round 2 of the Kale-ribbean!

I love Jamba Juice, but the franchise owner(I can only assume it’s a franchise location since they’re so cheap) must be trying to trim costs at the expense of the customer. I got a Power Size(32oz) smoothie and I asked that it be split into a kids cup and a regular(24 oz cup). I was politely informed by the cashier that they could not give me a kids cup if I did not purchase a kids drink. Now, I have been to tons of Jamba juices in the last year in Chicago, Washington, DC, Boston, and LA. Not a single one has ever told me that I can’t have a kids cup unless I get a kids drink. I asked to speak to a manager and she told me that the best she could do is to use one of those clear plastic cups. It’s better than styrofoam, but it still has the problem of easy spillage. But whatever — who was I to argue with the obvious cost cutting at this particular Jamba. What really got me incensed was what happened next. The person making the smoothie decided to split my smoothie into the smallest cups that would fit what he made. So he put one in their small cup(16oz) and the clear plastic cup(12oz). Not only did he fit all the smoothie in there, there was still room! My arithmetic may be a bit hazy, but I’m pretty sure that 12 + 16 = 28, not 32. So they were trying to pass off a drink to me that had at least 4 oz less than I paid for. Crappier cups and less jamba is not a way to make a frequent Jamba buyer happy. I would seriously suggest that the owner of this establishment re-evaluate their rules.

Jamba Juice is always a solid choice — they are constantly mixing up the flavors and providing the good olé favorites too. The staff has always been pleasant and efficient. + get gift cards at costco for 20% off each purchase + there are constantly discounts in the mail or on your receipts! — the store is crowded with items they’re selling +/-decent parking lot — the price keeps going up, pretty soon it will be too ridiculous to get
