I love this Jamba Juice. All of the employees are kind, understanding and no most of their clients by name. Shame on the owners of this location. Shame that you don’t repair the air conditioner, now for over 3 weeks. It’s 103 degrees outside, they have no air inside. They have the door open, but when it’s 103 it’s more like 90 inside. You need to do something soon. Take care of the people that take care of your business… So disappointed in whoever you are.

I understand that the cashiers don’t want to touch everyone’s hand so I would recommend that you put on gloves and FYI, money is alot more filthy than people hands are, so my tip is to put gloves on while working the cashier so you don’t have to throw money at me or anyone else for that matter. oh by the way I’m a very clean person far as appearances..

I was in the area for work and forgot to pack breakfast and lunch so I decided to get one of my new obsessions… acai bowls! Jamba Juice was the closest location within walking distance. No other customers in the store so I was able to order right away. I got to Acai Primo Bowl, which is just a standard bowl with strawberries, blueberries, granola and coconut shreds. The consistency of the acai was so watery, I could have drank it through a straw. The whole point of the bowl is to eat like a thick frozen yogurt. They were decent with the fruit toppings but stingy with the coconut. For $ 6, I kind of expected a bit more.

It’s OK. There’s nothing much to say about the smoothies but it’s more frustrating when they don’t open on time. They used to open at 6am which was great for us early birds. Now they open at 7 and I’ve had to wait 5 – 10 minutes in addition so they could open up the store, turn on cash registers, set up tables, etc. I’m actually here right now and it’s 7am and the lights are still dark. How are you supposed to keep a customer base? There’s a gym right across the street too. You’d think you’d want to hone in on that business.

3.5 Stars for this Jamba Juice location. Overall, it’s about on par with other locations. My only real gripe is the wait if you go during a busy time. I once waited 30 – 40 minutes including the wait in line(for a freaking smoothie!!). Another time I called in an order and they actually mixed my order up with someone who was waiting there so I ended up having to wait for them to make a brand new smoothie when I arrived(which kind of defeats the purpose of calling it in). In all other areas they seem fine(i.e. drinks were good and staff was friendly.) The best time to avoid waiting in my experience has been to come in the mornings. They are usually pretty empty early on but afternoons seem to get quite busy. P. S. Parking is usually pretty easy with the lot behind, but it does sometimes get full at night.

Jamba Juice is the perfect spot when I’m craving a delicious cold smoothie. Always fresh and ice cold, just how I like it. I have tried a number of the smoothies here and I always seem to get the healthy Kale Ribbean breeze. This location has plenty of free parking in the back as well.

The young Asian boy who was taking my order was extremely rude. Didn’t bother giving me eye contact, had a very unpleasant tone, and overall seemed as if he hated his job. Really not satisfied with his customer service especially in a city like Pasadena. Don’t really see myself coming to this Jamba Juice in the near future.

Always friendly and fast. Visit 2 – 3 a week. But they need to fix their ac already. It’s been out for 4 months.

Walked in with my GF a couple of weeks ago or so and got the pomegranate Blast drink(or whatever it’s called) and she got the Apple kale something(?). There were already a few people ahead of us but the young ladies behind the counter were efficiently hauling ass and gave great and speedy service. We were originally going to go to the JJ in Old Town but saw that the joint had been gutted and was under construction. This one was the next best location to hit up. We used a gift card and were on our way in a flash. We’ll be back!

Easy parking behind the building in a private lot. Usually no lines and staff is very friendly. When I brought my dog in, they took my order outside and brought my order out. Super friendly and I love that! They have great acai bowls here as well — which for me, are a great meal replacement.

Smoothies are good for you. I worry about their cleanliness. Bathroom was disgusting!!!

Large Razzmatazz with 23G scoops! It was made fairly well and was blended perfectly. Sometimes at other locations, there are still huge chunks of fruit or ice, but not here. The location is suitable for this Jamba juice. Slightly bigger than other locations. Very clean and staff was all friendly

It’s just ok… hard to get to due to parking and location. It is almost always packed so great for the business… but causes a bit of a wait. The smoothies and juicers are consistently good though!

We came here on 3⁄15 and they didn’t say anything about the bogo deal that was running from 3÷13−3÷17. We were in a hurry and so I didn’t check any announcements on my Unilocal. The guy that helped us told us they didn’t take big bills so we waited for my brother to come with smaller change. He didn’t tell us that our drinks were being made already and just told us to call him when we were ready. After we paid we waited for a long time until I realized either they made our drinks already or they just forgot. I asked her where our drinks were and she got really angry and thought someone swiped them but then we found out someone just put them into the fridge.

My husband and I came by here this afternoon during South Lake Ave’s Holiday Fest. Jamba Juice happened to be one of the participating vendors offering discounts. So we took advantage of it and stopped in for a 9 oz pumpkin smoothie for only $ 2(prior to tax). We arrived around 1:45 pm and it was pretty quiet and wasn’t much of a line. I would have preferred the smoothie to be sweeter, but my husband thought it was good. The employee who took our order was friendly. There are some chairs and tables inside here(outdoor seating as well) in case you would like to hang out here for a while. Also if you need to use the restroom, you need to ask for a key(the key is attached to an ice cream scoop). Overall, an A-Okay experience, thus a 3 star rating. By the way, this palace is located right across from LA Fitness and Souplantation.

I have loved jamba juice from the beginning… Literally. I’ve loved them since before they were called«Jamba Juice», back when they were known as The Juice Club in San Luis Obispo in the late 80’s. Trust me on this or do some research :). They still have some of the items from the original menu, like Peach Pleasure and Razzamataz… absolute classics! But what I like most about Jamba and what sets them apart from their competitors is that they use real ingredients. Additionally, I find them to be less sugary than the others. I recently learned that you may request your drink to be thicker or thinner… Wow the new things you learn! … and I do happen to like my smoothies thicker, so now I can ask for that. They have always been great about accommodating my food allergies and substituting out dairy and sherbets. different fruits etc! They also often have great specials and discounts so look for those options and sign up for their email newsletters! Sometimes it’s a BOGO deal, and other times they have Happy Hours, where a small is only $ 1!!! Where else can you get such a great, HEALTHY deal!!! Speaking of healthy, I am so stoked because my little one is a glutton for anything Jamba… From the BERRYUPBEAT, which contains beets and carrots, to the TROPICALHARVEST, with its yellow veggie blend… To the TRIPLEREVITALIZER made of freshly squeezed Carrot, Orange and Banana(BTW… we like to add strawberries!)… Wow, I am one happy mama when he gets a boost of veggies and he’s happy to slurp it, yet clueless that it’s all healthy! LOL. What mom wouldn’t be happy!!! He also loves their little pizza whirls with cheese and ham. So when my son is finicky… We just mosey on over to our favorite smoothie spot! Gotta love that their menu is so kid friendly. Aside from the smoothies mentioned above, I also love their antioxidant abundant ACAISUPERANTIOXIDANT and the newer KONABLAST… My other favorite item is their ACAITOPPER, which is topped with bananas and organic granola. It’s filling for breakfast or a mid-day snack. Finally, I really like their STEELCUTOATMEAL. They make it fresh everyday, it’s organic, made made with soymilk, and never overly sweetened. I cannot get over how much we love Jamba in our household. It’s an essential must-have. Thank goodness this Jamba is walking distance from home. To top things off, staff is always cheerful and never seems to mind all the substitutes I make to my drinks!
