Nice bait and switch Jersey Mike’s national bogo coupon they got going on. I first asked if I could use it they said yes. When it comes time to pay, oh our computer doesn’t have a bogo option. Sorry, we can offer you a free combo… Oh and you can take a survey for a $ 1 next time. Great deal. Right… Otherwise the sandwiches are decent albeit overpriced for size and taste. it’s nothing special. Will not return.

The cheesesteak on whole wheat is OK, perhaps the best in the area. A bit on the small side, but that’s probably a good thing actually. The décor is nothing to write home about. The service is efficient, and the cost is maybe slightly on the high side for what you get compared to e.g. Europane.

Great service and a great product! I love the veggie and they are thoughtful enough to slice veggies and cheese on a different slicer for me so it doesn’t get«contaminated» because I’m a vegetarian but my boyfriend isn’t. His favorite is the Italian #13.

Philly cheesesteak is soooooo good sadly I’ll never eat here again. Every single time they put 80% of the meat on one half of the sandwich 20% on the other half. It’s like socialism for sandwiches. I don’t get it. Making a sandwich is not difficult thing to do.

Their sandwiches are fabulous. The breads they use have distinctive crunchy texture. Their special seasoning is very fresh with a spring– and salad– like taste/exprience. They put a good amount of quality delis. The employees are always friendly. The prices are a bit high but I think they are commensurate with the good quality.

Very friendly employees, great sandwiches. The problem is the overhead radio station or pre-recorded music with the voiceovers. BAD! Very loud, very obtrusive, very annoying. It’s even playing on the patio outside in the front! It needs to be turned down and you need to turn it off outside. Can’t believe I have to tell you this.

Always get good customer service here, even when it’s busy. The meat and bread are fresh and delicious. I always get the Italian made Mike’s way.(Why have it any other way than Mike’s?) Been coming here for a year or so and the faces of the workers are constantly changing, however, the store is able to keep up the friendly customer service and professionalism, along with delicious food. Sorry Subway, but I’ve met someone new.

My go to place for a sandwich or wrap. They never disappoint. Plus every time I come here the guys are really cool & make my order perfect. No complaints here!

Love the sandwiches. It’s close to home so it’s my go to spot. But I was turned off with how they have the option for tip when you pay with card almost makes you feel forced to tip.

I’ll start this off with a little note to fellow reviewer Brian K: Mind-numbingly slow service? Of course it took you no time to write your review. It was two sentences long. Two! Sure, service here can be a bit spotty if they’re busy, but that’s anywhere. I guess we can just chalk it up to hanger and move on. You’ve embarrassed yourself enough, sir. Now onto better things… Like the sandwiches. Oh, Jersey Mike, your sandwiches. They’re balls out amazing every time. I order the Club Supreme Mike’s Way and it never disappoints! Definitely recommend ordering online and then picking up at the store — you beat the line and the order is right every time! There’s a tiny parking lot in the back of this location. Take advantage as it’s way better than struggling to find parking on Lake Ave!

I love Mike’s way. Great sandwiches but little bit on the pricey side compare to others(subways etc). One thing I’ve noticed though is that pretty much whichever location I go, the taste of their sandwiches are quite consistent.

I love Jersey Mike’s, but the employees here are mind numbingly slow. There were only two single-sandwich customers ahead of me, and I was easily able to write this review before paying.

GRAB A KNIFEBEFOREYOULEAVE. I’ve been going to many Jersey Mikes for a while now. Love their sandwiches. That being said, this one was pretty soggy and wasn’t cut properly. I placed a to go order, picked it up and walked out the door. The sandwich bread was cut, but the ingredients like the cheese and meat were not cut. So as you grab a half of the sandwich, the whole thing is ripping apart. Made a huge mess. Kind of annoyed by that. I didn’t prepare for a massive mess, should have gotten double napkins.

Every week we get the same order. Every weeks it’s balls out amazing. I wish I could eat here every day.

Love Jersey Mikes! They are so much better than subway. Their sandwiches are actually fresh. They are deli style so they slice the meat in front of you. Unlike subway who has everything pre packaged and ready to serve. It’s a couple of dollars more than usual subway sub but it’s worth it!

A friend recommended this place for lunch. We got there before the lunch rush so that was a plus. I ordered the pastrami Ruben chips and a drink. I was not impressed with the sub. I was actually disappointed. The cold subs looked a lot better. People were friendly and looks like the cold subs all the meat is sliced when you order it. I may try this place again but if I do I will definitely try a cold sub because that pastrami Ruben was not the business.

Came in twice now. Got the Philly cheesesteak each time. It’s a great sandwich. Place is clean, employees are friendly… But either clueless or just trying to act natural when customers have been sitting around for 25 minutes to get a sandwich. That is the big problem with this place. The first time I visited, I waited for a little more than 20 minutes to get a sandwich. The second time I visited, it was a little more than 25 minutes. On my second visit, other people who ordered after me were getting their sandwiches before me. I sat waiting like an idiot with absolutely no acknowledgement from the cheery employees. Good food, very slow service. If you’re on your lunch break during the week, head over to the other sandwich places across the street, I forgot the name. There’s also a Togo’s too, right on Green.

Nice people, clean store, with good service, and a Great Roast Beef Sub Mikes Way! Its the best Sub here, I order it every time I come in. They roast their own beef in the store a nice med-rare, not that pre-cooked stuff that tastes of chemicals you find in most shops. Give it a try Mike’s way with chipotle mayo and pickles you won’t be disappointed!

This is one of my favorite sandwiches in Los Angeles. I’ve been coming here for a while now and it’s always a great experience. I almost always get the #13 — The Original Italian: provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni — Mike’s way. The staff is friendly & fast. I can’t imagine the staff doing a better job. Thanks guys for being so friendly and on top of things!
