This is no fine dining or foodie find. It’s the same fried chicken I’ve expected since I was a child. Had a longer wait for the hot wings, and the guy offered me a free drink and cookie for the wait. Actually, I was glad to wait because they were making my order fresh. Not a clean seating environment because of the regular clientele. The food was on par with what I usually experience since childhood. Nothing special, nothing different.

So yeah. I ordered a three piece to go. After receiving my order in one minute since it’s all pre prepped, I go to fill my drink. No ice in the machine… After walking out with my warm drink I take a look at my food, and my leg is half missing! What the heck is going on that you would box this and serve this to a customer? Absolutely ridiculous. $ 9 for a warm drink and my food already looking previously eaten…

this is the smallest chicken drumstick i have ever seen. except one similar at Polla del Loco. i mentioned it to the cashier. she showed me a tray full that were all small. then she gave me an extra pc. everything tasted good. oh, i got cole slaw instead of green beans by mistake. but i like cole slaw so i ate it. i think Popeye’s has a larger chicken leg.

KFC East Pasadena needs help. I recently asked a customer who tells me he eats there all the time always ordering the same thing. Every time he orders they don’t remember his order, always forgetting the cookie, and the coleslaw. This KFC I found to be dirty lobby are filled with clutter gum machine, other entity. Front door broken, dirty filthy ground in front covered with gum, settings the same old, and tattered. It’s a wonder anyone goes there. Rear parking lot tattered broken walls. No WIFI No TV but just up the street a new chicken place about to open on the north corner of San Gabriel, and Colorado Blvd. Hopefully the KFC will upgrade there store the 1Star I’m being very generous under the circumstances I saw this eatery.

This place is great if you would like to acquire hepatitis from the seats, which you are free to do of course. How do you manage to mess up on frying chicken is my question? I had massive diarrhea the next day.

Wow! I am surprised to see all the 1 star reviews so I felt the need to offer a slightly more favourable take. KFC has always been my favourite fast food restaurant since I was a kid, there was a KFC right on the same block as where I lived and I was addicted. To most Chinese people fried chicken would trump hamburgers as Chinese fried chicken is similar while there is no close equivalent to the burger. It was not until I moved to Los Angeles when I was in high school that I finally discovered In n’ Out and became a burger convert. It is easy to see why KFC is the most popular American fastfood chain in china when the competition is McDonald and Burger King(Wendy’s and Hardy’s got in the game late). Though I did become less of a fan as I grew older, I still get the occasional craving. And as KFC is really expensive when compared to most fast food places, I only go when I have a good coupon or when they have special promotions going on. Since they started running the $ 2.99 Monday special a year or so ago, I’ve been a regular on Mondays. For $ 2.99 you a thigh and a leg, though advertised as original only, you can also choose extra crispy or grilled; coleslaw or mashed potato and gravy; plus a buttermilk biscuit. Though Popeyes and church’s chicken both offer better deals, I still prefer KFC because the taste of the 10 «secret» spices of the original is still better than these other chains. This particular branch has a really nice Latino lady as a cashier, though her manager is kind of unfriendly. But I guess if the homeless and late customers keeps coming in and asking for free chicken you’d be in a foul mood too. There are no restrooms available on the premise so if you want to wash your greasy grubby hands after the meal you are SOL. Sure the place is not the cleanest, but it is not as bad as some of the other reviewers described. It is kind of on the small side, but people who visit this store usually get their food as takeout.

No drive-thru. And they charge $ 0.25 for sauce.

Using a coupon for a meal for my brother and he was luckier then i was because he got the broiled chicken 3-piece meal with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. i had one piece of the chicken and it was not as greasy as the chicken i had the last time. We saved $ 1.50 off the meal which was nice with the coupon.

Zero stars, actually –10 stars… We bought chicken breast, the piece was old, greasy, and hard to chew. On the outside, it looked like a breast but after trying to Eat it and reaching the bone we realized that it wasn’t a breast, nor a thigh who even know if it was chicken. Right after eating whatever I ate, I puked because it made me feel very sick. I will never ever eat there or any other KFC. I probably ate a rat or something… Yuk I have pictures but not sure how to post them…

ABSOLUTELYHORRIBLE… I’m regularly not even a fan of KFC but needed something quick. I payed way more than I intended to and they didn’t even give me what I asked for. HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE.

Zero Stars! Would be too generous. Dirty tables, cleaned with wet dirty rags, stupid and lazy cashiers who don’t listen or know their own menu thinking only about themselves and too lazy to do their job. Chicken was dried, mashed potatoes cold with barely any gravy. Go elsewhere.

This KFC ran out of chicken … Can you believe that? I called in advance and asked because I went to one prior that ran out as well. How does that happen? 20 minutes to make chicken? Your primary product is chicken. It’s not like I asked for a huge amount. Get it together Col. Sanders

Alright wtf. First off there’s a piece of wood where the window should be. Inside is a mess. Potato wedges were thrown onto our tray. Snacker tasted like shit. Cashier told us it was fresh and pointed to the chicken under the heat lamps. Waited for ten minutes to get another sandwich because the«cook» was on break.

I have KFC craving every now and then and this store is closest to me. However, I agree with the other reviews — the chicken here sucks. It’s simple — overly salty every time as compared to other KFC — perhaps it’s because it’s overcooked or under heat lamp for too long… and the chicken gets more dehydrated thus more salty. Regardless, I have been here more than a dozen times yet I have not had one batch of good KFC chicken here… Every time, I swear to never come back but keep forgetting after a few months. Hopefully writing this review helps.

I’ve been here several times for hot wings for my commute, and 7 – 10 times the wings are over cooked or have been sitting under that heat lamp for a while. I have even tried the regular chicken and the same thing. Not sure what owners or operators of this place are thinking. Other KFC’s are better and more consistant, but this place I think I’ve just about had it with them. Over cooked and dry fried chicken? Really? From the most popular fried chicken place in the US… I can’t believe it. THis place sucks!

It’s KFC so there isn’t much to really say, but the cole slaw is good and I actually like the grill wings.

Didn’t think I’d ever review a KFC… but the future hubster wanted to clog his arteries tonight and wanted to get the new Double Down. you know that horrid chicken bacon cheesy mess of a ‘sandwich’. I went along for the ride and decided to get myself some fried chicken as well and watch the madness that would ensue. So. the Double Down just came out… so you’d think since the Double Down includes bacon that KFC would carry BACON in their store? Apparently they didn’t think about carrying ALL the ingredients required to make a brand new sandwich they’ve been touting?
