I thought I had found a reliable and reasonable dry cleaners. But I just found out they shrank two of my dresses. I happened to have three exact dresses in black and grey. I wanted to wear one of them today just to find out they didn’t fit anymore. So I tried the one I had cleaned a while ago. Luckily this one didn’t get shrunk and it still fit. I have owned them for almost ten years, have always just dry cleaned them. I am very disappointed they damaged good dresses like this.

Been coming here for quite some time and the deals they have are eating better. And it’s very convenient to get in and out without the hassle of finding parking when you just dropping off and picking up. Love it.

Super fast same day service with great results. Came here by chance and I am glad I did. I needed same day service and they can through big time. The price was also very reasonable, they even fixed a pair of pants that I forgot to mention I needed rehemed. Overall great service.

This is the best cleaners in town! When you come here, you feel like family. They remember you the moment you walk in the door and treat your items like their own. I recently took two dresses in for alterations and they came out great. One was an old wedding dress that I needed cleaned, pressed, and altered. It came out looking new! This is great cleaners. It is owned by a very nice couple. The first time I came here I came to get some gi pants fixed (they are special martial arts pants). They tore from the knee when I was practicing martial arts. I was worried that they would keep tearing from the same spot even if I fixed them. Edgar, one of the owners, made sure that my pants got fixed. They did a great job of fixing them! I was so happy with the outcome! When ever I need anything fixed, altered or dry cleaned I come here. They always do a great job! I Highly recommend them!

I came here just because it was recommended by my fiancé’s sister. She has been coming here for years.
I went in for a consultation for my wedding dress and veil. She initially guaranteed that if we dropped off my dress and veil by Thursday, it would be ready by Saturday. So I did. Came to find out on that Saturday, that not only was my dress not ready, and that the lady was a complete pessimist. She told me that the dress was going to be ready until the next Wednesday. (I was leaving out of town the next morning for my wedding) She was so careless and told me that I should pick up dress and get it pressed somewhere else!!! Who does that?!
It’s a wedding dress, not just damn regular dress. She seemed so disconnected and negative. This lady is the devil!
I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE.

Other than dry cleaning, they also offer alteration services, Hems, tapers, leather alterations, fluff and fold, wash, press, ect. My boyfriend needed his Shoyoroll gi hemmed at the sleeves because it was too long, but he wanted to keep the design and Edgar did a fantastic job! It looked like it was never cut off with scissors, which is what my boyfriend did. Anyways my clothes always come back smelling and looking great, and customer service is excellent. You have to pay them a visit!

Watch out on the price!!!
The first time I went there, the lady charged me based on the price list she gave me. Blouse $ 3.5, Dress $ 5. Second time… she charged me $ 6 on each dress and I didn’t notice it. Yesterday was my third time… she told me my clothes were expensive so she had to charge me $ 10!!! I found it on the paper she wrote on and asked her to show me the price list and she told me she was revising it so there nothing she could show me… and she gave me $ 7 at the end… I will never go back again for sure… THIS IS NOT AN HONEST BUSINESS.

I really liked this place until they ruined my best dress shirt and refused to replace it.
I have been coming here for about a year and it had been great. I took my dress shirt here to get it dry cleaned after a wedding. It came back with stains on it that were not there before. I understands mistakes like this rarely happen, but when they do, I expect the business to take responsibility for them. The wife refused to replace my shirt without the original receipt. She offered me $ 20 for a shirt that would be $ 70 to replace. When I became assertive and insisted they replace my shirt, everyone working there became very rude and petty. She accused me of trying to rip them off. She said I was too young and didn’t know what I was talking about. Her and the other two workers there said my shirt was too old and other excuses as to why they wouldn’t replace it. I am never bringing my business here again after how I was treated.

what the hey, Pasadena — no reviews for Kingdom Cleaners, yet? well, hopefully this is the first of many, because this place is THE BEST. I started coming here nearly 10 years ago, after my brother recommended them. the business is run by a very sweet couple who make it a point to have great rapport with their clients. I could seriously hang out and chat with them all day — but that would be weird.
in addition to dry cleaning, I’ve also had quite a few things altered. they do a fantastic job. and in the one or two instances where I wasn’t 100% satisfied, they were more than happy to accommodate my request at no additional charge.
