An unassuming storefront with goodies stuffed everywhere inside. I needed a wheeled computer case at the last minute, and Amir not only found exactly what I was looking for, he gave me a deal on it. It satisfied TSA rules (left the computer in the case). It fit in the overhead rack, and until a second flight, when the overheads were jammed full and US Scare threw it into cargo, it worked perfectly.
Then two days after the flight, the telescoping handle stopped telescoping! Horror of horrors, right?
Nope. Amir took it back without question and offered to exchange it. But, he asked for an hour to see what had happened. It had never happened to him before, so I agreed. An hour later it was fixed. He told me the only way it could have happened (I hadn’t zipped up the handle, and the baggage mishandlers had jammed the handle back in without pressing the control button). And by the way, he fixed it and told me how to prevent it from happening again — for free.
You can always judge a merchant by how they handle a bad outcome.
He handled the handle problem perfectly. I recommend him highly.
