Modella Uniforms

Been there a handful of times recently to buy uniforms for my daughter and never had any issues with service or their selection. Each time there was a different lady at the desk and were always very kind and helpful. I was asked if I needed assistance as soon as I walked in the door. Plenty of parking behind the building and no issues there, either. Hope this helps. I will continue to shop there since my kid will be attending private school for the next 12 years!

Apparently this place has been here for a while… I usually drive all the way to LA for my lil ones uniforms… This place has just about everything you need for school uniforms and the clerk (May have been the owner) was super helpful. I admittedly suck at sizing my daughter if she isn’t there. This particular time she needed white stalkings for her cheerleading parade and trusty old Unilocal found this place for me… Which is literally two turns away. Anyway, I looked at the different sizes and decided to grab the one that said something like 2−5yrs because the next one said something like 5 – 8 and I’m thinking, she’s petite and definitely smaller than average so she can probably fit the 2−5yrs. Of course this was last minute (that’s how I roll) and what do ya know?! Didn’t fit so she had to march in her parade freezing her toes off.

Horrible terrible customer service. If I had a choice as to where I could order uniforms from, I would go elsewhere. The owner is so rude, she spends extended time talking to customers she knows while ignoring the ones who are new and she does not know. I placed my order two months ago and it is still not ready. I have been there four times, each time having to leave work early because of their odd hours. I am so frustrated with their treatment, instead of being apologetic, they just shrug their shoulders and say oh well come back another day. Be prepared to be frustrated and spend many hours waiting to be served only to find out your order is not ready.

I’ve been here twice now. Both times I’ve walked out spending $ 50+ because I like what they have. The selection of uniforms is not too many, which I love. It’s not overwhelming. The staff is very friendly and also very helpful. FYI, they sell scrubs, children’s school unis, and other Dickies brands unis.
