Worst manicure I’ve end had. It took forever and my nails look horrible. The staff was very nice but after an hour and a half I left very disappointed. I wouldn’t go back.

I came here for the first time yesterday with my sister and mom who are regulars. The staff is really friendly and nice, I can’t imagine them being rude to any of their customers.
I’m always on the run, so I decided to get Gel Nails ($ 25), it was the first time ever getting them so I am hoping they will last. From previous reviews, it sounds like they do! Will keep you all updated on it. I wanted opaque glitter, but the glitter polish she used was not the opaque glitter I pointed out on the nail wheel. That was the only drawback. Beside that, my experience at Ritz was pretty good!
We went on a Saturday morning without an appointment and we didn’t have to wait, and there was plenty of parking in the back lot. I will not hesitate to go back to Ritz Nails based off of my first experience, they seem very friendly and know what they’re doing.

I absolutely love this place. I was new to the area and needed somewhere to get my nails and waxing done. I am so glad I found this place, Helen, Henry, and their staff make me feel like family. They know me by name and are always so helpful when I come in. Such a reasonable price for the quality! I will be back hopefully for years to come!

I went to Ritz nails because I was rushing and my normal nail place was closed. I was disappointed in the hygiene of the products they used on my nails and also the customer service wasn’t the best. Its cheap so if you want to pay less the overall quality will be less. Helen is the sweetest of them all but I just think they can at least try being nicer to the customers.

The place was nice and quiet. The prices are reasonable and not too expensive. The service I had wasn’t all that great in general, but the people there were still very nice and friendly

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This lady in there Helen is SOOOOO rude! She nearly pushed over my grandma because she was wasn’t going as fast as she wanted her too. Not only that she did a horrible job on my nails. They were uneven and I definitely walked out of there with nail polish all over my fingers after I told her twice. I came in with a big group of girls and she managed to piss us all off. Never coming back here again!!!

This place is not good at all! Was very disappointed with the outcome. They will charge you $ 2.00 extra for a new color. Never have I ever had to pay $ 4.00 (feet & hands) for using a «new» color! I got a full set and the lady «Helen» was very rude and disrespectful! She did it all in a rush and when another person would come in that she knew, she would stop doing my nails to go work on someone else! Very unprofessional! I was only happy with the guy that did my feet. He was very gentle and took his time and was very polite. I will never return to this salon again because the experience I had with Helen!

Love ritz. Helen is very courteous. Excellent gel manicure that actually lasts. Very clean.

I’ve been coming to Ritz Nails since I was in high school, about ten years. I love their gel manicures because they last so long. My favorite manicures are done by Helen and her husband Henry does great pedicures. Wonderful service and the shop is very clean. I would definitely recommend them!

I just moved to Pasadena and was in need of a sanitary and relaxing nail salon. After trying a couple places, I finally found the place! As soon as I walked in, I felt comfortable. They are happy here and that made me happy, but most importantly they are very clean and did a fabulous job. Most salons can’t get the filing right, but Helen knows exactly what I was asking for. Will be back again soon.

Great place with lots of nail color choices! Good prices and great service! Cons are that they sometimes don’t use autoclaved instruments and switch nail technicians in the middle of the procedure. Open every day of the week until 8 pm.

Came here to get a wax and I had a good experience. The lady who did it was quick and painless as possible. She said she has been doing this for 30 years, and it shows. I didn’t catch her name but I’d recommend this place to others. The price was also great!

I just moved to the area & decided to try this place out. My first impression: very clean & organized, great selection on polish and not very busy. Helen did my nails & I absolutely love them! The prices are good, & she shaped them very well. Will be back in 2 weeks!

Excellent service, clean facility, and friendly people. What more could you ask for? They’ve recently upgraded with 5 spa pedicure chairs, making the pedicure experience much more comfortable and still at a reasonable price. Lovely place; highly recommended!

Ritz Nails is the best nail salon i have been to in Pasadena, Ca. The services is amazing especially Henry and Helen. They are the best. I have gotten my nail and all waxing needs done there. i will DEFINITELY be going back.

Overall great experience. I went about 2 weeks ago and Tom helped me. He was very nice and took his time with my mani/​pedi. It looked great when he was done and just started chipping a day or two ago. This place is very affordable and they have free parking in the back. All the tools were clean and all the customers that were then seemed like regulars.

I have been coming to this place for years. The shop is always clean
and the staff is friendly. I don’t mind paying extra for sterile utensils that are
freshly opened when they begin working on your pedi. Most days they are
open before 10 a.m. which is nice I get in early and then start my work day. Henry
is the best for Pedis ! I recommend making appointments. I dislike loud noisy
nail shops. I appreciate the quiet time and soft music. I only do Spa pedies (the massage chairs make a world of a difference, love, love, love) and gel nails are nice for a clean professional look. –Helen

Typically I’m excited throughout my whole visit for a manipedi because I love being a chic. Ritz Nails cares about you, but I feel that their service is a little rushed at the end everytime I go, which I began to hate. They are clean and offer spa pedicures that are relaxing and nice, but the polish never lasts. My cousin got her manipedi with me and the lady hacked her finger cuticle. It looked so bad… I vow to never take anyone there ever again. It was good while it lasted, but doubt I’ll ever go back to risk another horrible experience.

They rush if there are a lot of people. They want to get as many customers in as possible and they don’t do a good job. They need new nail polish to pick from.
They’re nice, but with 3 – 4 nail salons along Washington Blvd., they really need to be BETTER if they want people to continue coming there.
I know they have their regulars who swear by them, but I just don’t see a reason to keep going back, unless all the other salons are busy and they can take me right away for a simple pedi.
