Stella is great, highly recommend place. Great deal and great haircut, and they don’t take forever to cut your hair, and the line was only about 10 minutes.

Been coming here for years. They always give me a great cut for a very reasonable price.

Been coming here for 10+ years, and I don’t think they’ve screwed up once. Just your basic cut, $ 12. Hard to beat. The only inconvenience is you might have to wait 10 – 15 minutes.

Super friendly and fast! Mostly known for their military cuts. Do a much better job than any chain hair cut joint and for about $ 5 less. Stella is awesome! Always asks how I’m doing and such. Only been here 3 times and she already knows my name :-) My hair, what little is left is pretty easy to cut so am in and out in under 10 min!
Parking is a breeze. Place is in a strip mall that’s never that busy. It’s a little hidden though. Might see it if going east on Sierra Madre.
Oh if you want your ears trimmed just ask ;-)

Four stars might be the more appropriate review to say «Yay I’m a fan», because I have had better haircuts. However those better haircuts also cost 3x as much. So first realize that is not this place.
What this place is:
inexpensive $ 12 cut for guys ($ 10 for toddler son and daughter who have come here twice) and a good to great haircut that to me is fine for maintenance and every day purposes same as you would find at more expensive barber shops. These days it is hard to find a cheap ($ 12) barber already, and it is harder to find a good maintenance cut for that price.
The two ladies who are there most of the time, Kim and Stella, are super nice and easy going and yes they always ask about my work and my family too (reminds me of the Anjelah Johnson nail salon skit).
I would say definitely give them a shot, at least three or four times because any barber and stylist will tell you it might take awhile to figure out how your head is shaped and how your hair grows and how to cut it best
I read the one star review and not sure what that person might be saying. I have had a few not-​good-​but-​meh cuts, but those were all early on and since then (guessing because now both ladies have cut my hair many times) I always get a great cut

Always a good hair cut. My husband and son both go here and they both look spiffy when they are done. The girls who cut hair take their time despite the fact that many are waiting. They do a great job. If you aren’t satisfied, just walk back in and they will fix it for no charge.

I have gotten several really bad haircuts. They just wave the clippers around and then want to give you a shoulder massage. The floor is always full of clipped hair and the posters and wall decorations are faded, torn and messy.

My sons and I have been coming here for over four years. The ladies are always warm and friendly. They give you that old school, small town feeling here. Prices are very reasonable and my young sons enjoy getting their haircuts here.

I’ve been coming her for about two years now, and what I really like about this place isn’t so much the hair cuts, but the fact that they remember you. Every single time I go in they always let me know how they hadn’t seen me for a while, you would think it’s just something they tell all their customers, but it’s not, they actually do remember you. They also don’t do a bad job on the cuts and it’s only $ 12 + tip for a hair cut. I think that’s pretty cheap.

I like this place, because they do my hair just right. The two Asian ladies are always nice and make you feel welcome all the time, and always friendly.
